Sharing to hopefully ward off anyone who wants to use this facility, my grandfather who has severe dementia was admitted into the hospital after falling, he was held for 8 days before being discharged with no issues, when home he didn't get any better so he went to his normal hospital, His doctor he sees there told us that with the severity of his dementia, sitting for 8 days straight would cause irreversible damage. They also stated he suffered a broken rib from his fall. The fall was 21 days ago at this point. His dementia had gotten so much worse after the 8 day stay from hell, so bad that he cannot eat anymore. Long story short this hospital killed my grandfather. read more

Brinton Lake surgery center staff were great! Billing was a mess. My husband had cataract surgery there and was told he owed $X (which we paid in full before each surgery) and then received an EOB telling he owed $Y. Calls to the office staff were useless. They told us they didn't have a phone number for the billing office, until after two return calls to them, the finally gave it to us. The billing staff were useless -- call your insurance company, call Medicare. All of which we did. The office manager at the opthalmologist's office had to get involved. She was shocked at the error. At this point, we are still waiting to get it resolved. I would not recommend receiving care at any of Crozer Health's facilities. You will be in insurance hell if you do. We know others who have had the same experience. read more

She's usually so doped up I don't know how she drives but it explains the memory loss. In fact all she does is give me excuses while she trashes her coworker's & other clients. I apologize for this long review, but I wanted to write this in response to some of the less-effusive ratings. I have been in several hospitals with friends and family over the years, and my family and I had a great experience with Crozer that put the care there on par with some of the best hospitals in the country. My dad suddenly got very ill over New Year's weekend. He was taken to Crozer because they were the only hospital in the area accepting patients in their ER (even via ambulance, he was turned away from other local hospitals). It wasn't our first choice, since the 'word on the street' was that Crozer was severely underfunded and understaffed. While we found that to be true the thoughtful care my dad received while he was there was even more impressive, given how many issues the doctors, nurses and administrators are dealing with. Within 30 minutes of arrival in the ER, Dad had been seen by a doctor and they had started running tests trying to figure out what exactly was going on. He was admitted as soon as a bed was available (maybe six or seven hours later?) He was put into a private room. Although it felt a little jumbled (there were supplies sort of sitting around) it was clean, and as comfortable as a hospital room can be, as was true of the hallways and general seating areas in the part of the hospital he was staying in. Dad ended up being there for (8 days? Can't remember for sure) but he had multiple doctors checking in on him each day, as well as working with a physical therapist, an occupational therapist, a case manager, and constant care from the nurses. The nurses were also very kind and accommodating to me. The few times I really needed to speak to a doctor, they would page the doc so I could ask my questions directly. Although sometimes the doctors were cranky at having to come back, or slipped into patronizing doctor-speak, they did in fact come back and take the time to answer all my questions and make sure I was clear about what was going on, which, again, is more than I have found in some fancy-schmancy hospitals that get great reviews. (Also, most of the docs were lovely, but I was impressed that even the ones who fell into 'doctor' mode still took the time and made the effort, which they were under no obligation to do.) Lastly, although he had and was being treated for pneumonia, the docs felt that some of his symptoms were odd, and so continued to run tests the whole time he was there to make sure they weren't missing anything. Sure enough, turns out he tested positive for Typhus, which is something that is basically unheard of in the area. Once they adjusted the antibiotics, his recovery sped up. Most importantly, the nurses who were caring for my dad were incredible. They were thoughtful and knowledgeable and kind. As with every hospital, sometimes you would press the call button and it would take a while for someone to get to you, but the few times that happened I would go out into the hallways and find that the reason no one was responding was because they were all in other patients' rooms, responding to a previous call. Even the people who brought dad his food learned some of his habits (he doesn't like to drink water, but would drink it if it had some cranberry juice added) and made sure he always had extra cranberry juice on his trays, without being asked. While he was there, he was almost completely incapacitated - couldn't sit up or roll over in bed, certainly couldn't stand or walk - and the nurses were unfailingly gracious. They also paid close attention - one nurse noticed that his heart irregularity was tied to his fever spiking, and so made sure to keep a close eye on his temperature throughout the day. He was there for a while, and I am grateful to everyone at Crozer - from the friendly and upbeat security guy who greeted me every day and made me feel welcome, to the docs, nurses, techs, PT, OT, case managers, transport... It was a very stressful time, so my apologies to anyone whose name I forgot or misspelled, but this thank you is going out to all of the folks who helped us: Christina, Brian, Yvonne, Jamil, Koi, Brianna, Dr. Kleinman, Jane, Melissa, Marc, Dr. Godfrey, Dr. Havilland, Joan, Leena, Dr. Dale, Gabrielle, Jamilla, Tasha, Dr. Mahaley, Dr. Zhang, Linda Pearson, Lexi, Stephanie, Nicole, and T, the night nurse. You made an incredibly scary and difficult time a little less scary and difficult, and helped my dad recover from an illness that many people his age don't recover from. My son came there by ambulance and they want to send him home after a week. They have done nothing for him. This is his first time at Crozier Hospital,I thought he would be in a good place.. But they don't care about the patient or have no clue.. He's been in Bryn Mawr Hospital ER several times and they knew he needed more care and made sure they arranged for him to go somewhere to get more help They never even reached out to the family at all. Had a procedure done in the radiology department which requires twilight anesthesia. The kind where you are aware and can hear but do not feel pain. The procedure involved inserting a wire connected to a tube into my gallbladder to drain it. I was given a dose of "something to calm me down for nerves" then sleep med. While the doc uses the ultrasound to and the gallbladder. My anesthesiologist Cindy, same person who administered both meds, asked if I was sleepy yet, I looked right at her said no, but I was calm. She said "let me get another dose" she administered the 2nd dose. Well they started the procedure thank God the doc numbed the actual area where he cut because that was the only time I felt nothing. I never went into twilight and at one point they held my legs down to stop me from moving. Disgraceful and definitely unprofessional. She should lose her license. read more

The hospital refuses to be accountable or take responsibility. Don't let an ambulance take your lives one to Crozier or Taylor ER... ever! I went to my yearly gyno appointment and still got a bill at the end of it... I was confused because I have never had to pay for a yearly exam. So, I have been calling for almost a month now and the front desk told me to fax my information over. I did this and never received a call back. I call every week and ask if there is someone I can talk to and all they say is how they put in a note in my account and will call me back. So now I have a delayed bill and no one to help me try to appeal it. This place obviously doesn't care enough and its frustrating. read more

Had a room the first time (overnight stay) and sat in the waiting room for 12 hrs the next without food, no bed, no blanket, didn't see a doctor and was charged the exact same amount of approx $7,000 for both visits. I was brought here by ambulance so was not my choice but I do not feel I got good care. I had to go to bathroom so pressed nurses button and got a "yea" so I said I had to go really bad. 5 min later a nurse comes in and ask me do I know where it is I said no I have never been here before so she unhooks me and takes me down the hall and hangs my IV on hook and gives me a urine cup to go in and leaves. I get done and open door and nobody around so I had to walk myself back to room even tho I had fall risk arm band. I get back to room and hand my Iv back up but nobody comes for at least 30 min to hook my monitor or my blood pressure cuff back up even tho it was beeping excessively! Finally the dr comes in to tell me blood work came back ok and I tell him I went to bathroom but nobody has hooked me back up yet so he says I can do that and does! He goes outside of my room and is in hallway and I hear him telling another person my name, age, what I came in for etc and says blood work came back fine and my chest xray was clear! I HAD NOT HAD A CHEST XRAY YET! I could not believe he lied! About 20 min later xray comes to do my chest xray! Seriously?? The dr had said they had 3 things they could do and told me the choices but after hours of waiting he said we are just going to discharge you, you seem to be stable and your rate has not been above 105 since you've been here! This was another lie because I videotaped my monitor and it was jumping all over from 90's all the way up to 121!!! I said so you are just going to discharge me in Afib and he says yes I think it will just go back on its own and some people live in Afib every day!! I don't like it because the shortness of breath is very hard! But now I just want to get out because I am afraid of them doing anything to me because already caught in 2 lies. The nurse comes in and says my potassium is low and gives me orange stuff to drink I said that's odd because I take potassium pills every night! They give me my discharge papers and they say I am a MALE!!!! omg what the hell. They took me out of their system as soon as they told me I was told I was being discharged because when my husband came to pick me up they couldn't find me because I was not in the system??? Son was brought in through ER . Car accident with a compound femur fracture. That happened at 5am we were called about 11am only because our son was combative coming out of anesthesia, and they wanted us to do something. Dr's were also shout talking to him. Yeah he doesn't respond to that. Just talk to him. That was on Monday. Here we are Saturday. To say this has been an easy experience would be a big fat lie. The nurse should and could be better. Every time we ask a question we get I don't know. Don't know when doctors do rounds in morning. We get a lot of I don't know's. Ask for an eye doctor, was never put in his chart, went with the ice bag to get more, the nurses acted like I was bothering them. They were sitting at the desk. Never got paper towels in his room as of , asking for them 24 hours before. , trash piling up in trash can. Who Evers job that was, nurses didn't know when they were coming. Had to ask for something to clean his hands with for when he went to bathroom ( used urinal at bed by himself) blood on floor from 1st day. No one has talked to us yet about what accommodations he will need for coming home. I'm going to stop there but I could go on. Oh I do have to say there is one truly wonderful nurse on his floor. I came into the ER couldn't breathe, barely walk and i got NO attention whatsoever. I was told to sit down in a chair and answer questions instead of getting actual help. nurse was very rude & unprofessional and had an attitude with me while all i needed was help. you would think if you came to a hospital you would actually get care. been sent back to the room but the nurse didn't even tell us when the doctor would be in to help us we were just pointed to a room and that was it. was waiting for an hour in the room and still nobody came in so i left. I saw a Crozer primary care physician in October 2022. Over 1 1/2 years later, I received a bill for the appointment for $325. I have Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance, so it should have been zero or $30 copay. I looked up my EOB and saw there was an error code for the submitted charges. Crozer Health never provided the name of the physician etc. The error code said the information was requested by BCBS, but Crozer failed to provid it, so the claim was denied. I called Crozer Health's phone number on the bill and explained they just needed to provide the information. The rep, "John" with a heavy foreign accent, told me that they were not going to do that and that I was responsible. He was so rude and condescending. I thought he was joking, so I asked to speak to his supervisor. He said I had to provide my phone number and the supervisor would call me back within 24 hours. How can you work for a health provider's billing department and not understand that the insurance companies require certain information and if you fail to provide it you can't just say "oh well, we'll just tell the patient they need to pay the entire fee"?! It's almost criminal. I immediately called Blue Cross and they looked up the info and said Crozer only had to supply the missing info and the charges were not even billable to me (due to Crozer's error.) She put me on hold and called Crozer, after about 20 minutes, she came back to me and stated she was waiting to speak to a supervisor. After a few more minutes she came back on the line and said she was able to have the supervisor understand, and they now will provide the info and BCBS will pay once the info is received and that I will still receive a call from the supervisor. Well of course I was never called back by the supervisor and am concerned they will not handle this correctly. Crozer Health billing department employees need to either be retrained or fired. read more

This was the most horrible hospital that I've ever seen. Took my wife to the emergency room cause she was in a lot of pain and heard that Crozer/Keystone Medical was very good Hospital, well they were totally incorrect. The nursing staff was the worst, the nurse in the ER had trouble putting in an IV line and didn't even put in in correctly and when my wife got admitted and brought to her room, the nurse saw it and said that needs to be changed, left and never came back to change it. It took the next shift nurse to fix it. When she called for a nurse took forever for them to come and see her needs. Then when she went in for surgery to have her Gallbladder removed and because of COVID-19 and no visitors allowed, I had to call to find out information with my wife. The operation was scheduled for 9:30am and was told about 1 - 1 1/2 if no complications. Called at 11am to see if my wife was out and told she was not even in the OR yet. Finally heard from the surgeon around 3:45pm after calling and complaining, and the surgeon said had issue with her blood pressure and had to do an open procedure to remove the gallbladder and said she was doing fine in recovery and will be moving to a step down unit to be monitored. My wife didn't get to a room in the step down unit unit 6pm and this is where more of the horrible, horrible, nursing started again. First, they put my wife in a room with an elderly women who has multiple fractures in her pelvis, and was having multiple accidents in her bed, which the smell was so bad and making my wife very sick. Then my wife heard a nurse ask this poor woman, "would you like to be resuscitated or die comfortably"? Which is just uncalled for an unprofessional conduct from a nurse. When a cardiologist finally decided to check up on my wife he noticed she had a blown IV line and when my wife informed him that she has been calling for nurse to fix it, no one would respond. The cardiologist got a hold of a nurse and said this needs to be changed immediately and which, it was not changed an hour later after they were told by the cardiologist. Because it took so long to change it, my wife's hand was so swollen and gave her a lot of pain. The worst thing, she was put in this so called step down unit to be monitored for her heart(cause she had a premature heart beat in recovery and had to be watched closely) and blood pressure was very low(again in recovery) and the nurses did not hook her up to any of the automatic equipment to be monitored at the nurses station. When in pain, made her suffer for over an hour before coming in and asking what is her problem. She noticed when she had trying calling for a nurse and no one ever responded, either they disconnected her call button or just ignoring completely, when because her room was directly across from the nurses station, hearing they talking loud and laughing. Finally, we had enough and talked to the surgeon, along with a patient experience rep., my informed both of the horrible NON-TREATMENT she was given and wanted to be discharged immediately, where she would get better care at home, since she could not get it from this hospital. Her surgeon agreed with my wife once hearing her story, and the patient experience rep. didn't do a damn thing once he heard all the complaints, cause even when my wife was waiting to get discharged, the nurses still refused to come to her needs when she called. So please do not respond with "sorry to hear about your bad experience within our hospital" and "please feel free to reach out to our patient experience for further assistance" because first, it means nothing and second, we already talked to a patient experience person which did absolutely nothing. This hospital is a disgrace to be allowed to be open to treat patients and should be investigated to prevent further occurrences like this from happen now and going forward. This does not stop here because we will be filing an official complaint with the hospital and the proper associates that will and can do something about the pain and suffering my wife went through. I would not recommend this hospital and please research other reviews and you will see the horrible reviews patients gave this hospital for their nursing staff experience, which received 2.4 stars. On the day of my procedure I was required to pay an estimated co-insurance amount. Turns out the estimate overcharged me since my insurance claim finalized with a lower amount. I requested a refund of the overpayment and was told I'll receive a check in 60 - 90 days. Well that was 100 days ago. BEWARE of Crozer-Chester's overestimates on payment required and failure to provide a refund of the overpayment. I will never go to a Crozer-Chester facility again. They're crooks. read more

Ended up getting preeclampsia and was having back to back seizures, I kept begging them to help and they stood there and told me to keep pushing. As I'm passing out I'm also having my asthma flare up all at the same time. I tell the nurse the best I can that I cannot breathe I neeed help please, and she says "oh you can breathe push push " I was never given magnesium until after the birth, they didn't give me my meds on time and missed lots of doses, they were ripping ivs out left and right. Omg it was the worst. She is baby #2 so I knew what to expect, that hospital literally failed me. Now I got so many appointments with doctors and lawyers, it's ridiculous. I could've lost my life or even worse, my baby's life. They did not take me serious and now will be stuck with these intense migraines and pains for who knows how long. Don't get me started on the fact most of my body was numb to the point I couldn't feel my body attached to me. Told the nurse and she said I should be fine. SHOULD BE?? Seriously. I'm trusting you guys with my life. How can you say "should be" and think that's ok. I even told you guys when the epidural guy put the shot in that my nerve was hit and made my legs jerk hard. After having 2 kids at Bryn Mawr, was managed by Crozer-affiliated OB practice for my 3rd. Since I would turn 40 by EDC, I was sent for weekly NST. Tests were reassuring but I was cautioned not to go past my due date. Remaining in close contact with my team, I was instructed to call and schedule myself for induction prior to my due date. My OB team cited increased risk for stillbirth the closer I got to my due date. So like a good patient, I did as I was told, and called for an induction prior to my due date, and after having had grab-onto-the-nearest-table contractions for a week the docs agreed I needed to deliver ASAP. !!!!!! SURPRISE !!!!!! No L&D bed available for me, despite the MD's insistence that I be induced prior to my due date. I came in anyway. I figured I would sleep in my car. I just didn't want my baby to be stillborn. Anesthesiologist who placed my epidural was excellent. Nurses who took care of me on L & D were pitiful. I had bronchitis and after getting tired of asking for PRN otc cough medication (coughing + recent vaginal delivery = really painful) and not having it given, I just asked my visitors to bring some in from home. I remember,too, my last morning there being in a lot of pain and calling my nurse for naproxen & being told my night nurse was in report with the day nurse and I would get it when report was over. Guess what? No naproxen. I ended up running my bath towels under hot water and using them as heating pads because guess who didn't answer the call bell? My day nurse!!!!!!!!! Zero stars. Zero. F-ing. WORST MATERNITY I'm a 30 year old mother of two. I had my first at riddle and didn't really care about researching maternity wards and had no issues anyway. This time I thought because my obgyn is already in crozer I would just trust that it will be fine , well it wasn't and next time I would rather have a home birth then here. I had a C-section and the OR and recovery room was full and cramped with equipment, I had a birth plan that they couldn't follow, things that are on a standard birth plan. I wanted to watch the procedure and my husband wanted to watch the procedure. Nope. I wanted the baby immediately on my chest. Nope, had to wait five mins. The whole time I was there the nurses wouldn't leave me alone. Birth plan said no procedures or measurements out of the room but they insisted. I asked for a lactation consultant and they didn't have one. They gave me advice when I didn't ask for it, I honestly felt like they were being controlling over MY BABY! I couldn't wait to leave they made my experience so stressful. The nurses weren't consistent and Sometimes went against what the doctors said. I could take my pain meds every four hours but even though I only took them two to four times a day one nurse would make me wait like I don't need it or don't trust my own body and then the other nurse would give it right away no questions asked. For example it was day 2 past major surgery and I only took my Percocet in the AM to be able to walk to the bathroom and late afternoon to do the same. 2 am I was throbbing and couldn't sleep. The nurse was like "you just had Tylenol at 12 ( the doctor said I could mix them no problem) let's wait a little bit. I fall asleep an hour later and the woman wakes.me. up. at 4 am with them! I was so exhausted from them waking me up by day 4 I was hallucinating. The only time I got sleep uninterrupted was when my husband came in the afternoon and told the nurses to leave me alone and let me sleep. I didn't want her bathed (on birthplan) but the nurses kept bugging me about it I eventually gave in and she came back with scratches all over her face, red from crying and being left alone. They took her out for a hearing test and I fell asleep, I could hear her screaming and was wondering why they were taking so long so I called the nurse they didn't answer, I had to get up and walk out to find my baby and they brought her back to me scratched up even worse after they just started to heal and red. It was humiliating to have visitors because it looked terrible. This makes me furious just writing about it. I told them I had a tape allergy and needed paper tape , they didn't listen to that either. read more

I think crozer chester is a good hospital. They listen to you and take what you have to say seriously. I was there for five days in the five days I saw multiple Drs and had multiple nurses the Dr that helped me the most was Dr Avgush. She was knowledge and spent alot of time with me. I was on the first floor I had 2 really good nurses by the name of Gina and Robin they were very attentive. The laziest nurse was Coi who said he put my cream on and didn't. DO NOT GO HERE. YOU WILL LEAVE MORE INJURED THAN YOU CAME IN. Came in to get blood drawn and the nurse stabbed through my radial nerve and now I can't use my right arm. Not joking, cannot pick up anything with or extend my right arm at all. When I said she did it, she gaslighted me and basically said I was being a baby. The staff is incompetent, rude and do not care about their patients. When I asked the nurse how long she was doing this for, she said 15 years. Out patient check-in personnel were friendly and helpful. The persons doing the transporting around the hospital were friendly and did an excellent job. All of the nurses, techs, PAs and Dr Sandeep Sharma were top notch. Everyone listened to my concerns and responded appropriately. The technology was state of the art. The results of the procedure were excellent. Discharge was within a few minutes of promised. It was first rate from beginning to end. read more

I'm writing this review from Crozer while waiting for the doctor to see my mother. My 88 year-old mother was taken by ambulance to Crozer last night (1/2/17) for chest pains and shortness of breath. Unfortunately, Riddle (Our local hospital) was too full and not accepting any more patients. To make a long story short, I have never experienced a healthcare facility so lacking in professionalism: *The doctor had a laissez-faire attitude. *The staff was dismissive and full of attitude (which I am not tolerating) *The ER was filthy in general (there was even dried blood on the tray table by my mothers bed). *The neighborhood is dangerous. *And the creme de la creme... they have still not given my mother her regular medicines (including her heart meds). She entered the ER about 11:30 last night... it is now 12:30 pm. Are they kidding me? I am proceeding to raise holy hell... This place is a joke. Do not allow your loved ones to be taken here. If I do not get satisfaction, I will be contacting an attorney. read more

I gave it two stars because they do have drs and medicine there. during my fathers stay I had to tell the nurses he wasnt hooked up to the heart monitor pretty important when you are in a cardiac unit. we constantly would call for a nurse and then 20 min to an hour someone would come. dont ever leave your loved one there overnight because then they dont come at all. my father would say every night before we left I dread the nights because he knew he would be in pain. so many drs each say a different thing, hard to know who to listen to. Amazing Staff! I have never had a bad experience at this hospital! This hospital is located in a poor city. Some residents use this as a primary care facility. So if you are dropping stars due to wait times in the ER it's sad. They are dealing with non emergencies when they should be focused on real emergencies (not their fault). Upon arriving here, it is an overwhelming maze. I found the signage somewhat helpful, but why are the elevators buried so far in the back? Where's the person for the empty reception desk to help us? I get in to endoscopy and there's a huge waiting room with a teeny sign on the wall in the back to say where to check in. Where's the reception, again? Was told to arrive an hour early to sit in. The waiting room?!?!?!? I thought maybe some pre-test function. Then they tell me they had called me 5 minutes ago (of course I'm on my way) to tell me there's a 2 hour delay. Sitting waiting for this delay and a doctor comes out and discusses an entire colonoscopy with the wife of a patient. In the waiting area. This is extremely unprofessional. I was here few months back of high bp & heart rate. I told them that I had sarcoma nudgels on my lungs & groin. They didn't believe me (27 at the time). They treated me like a number not a patient it took them 3hrs to get me water. I asked like 4-6 times nothing happened. Eventually I got it I keep harassing the nurses for it. I even got asked the dietitian she said that she tell them in nurses (did she? Idk). They gave me a Covid test nothing came back. My oncologist at Pennsylvania hospital wanted a X-ray of my lungs. They saw my cancer on lungs thought it Covid it was my cancer. I told I even had my dad called to didn't believe us. Yet I had another Covid test that came back negative. I was in the icu while they were waiting on the results. I came home after 8 days. Yet again it happened again so I went to Chester county did tests again to find out people who that had chemotherapy body temperature & etc can go up. Much better service at Chester county. I heard lots bad things about crozier.I never had this issue until this happened to me. I will not recommend this hospital. I. A nurse told me that the new owners all they care about is the money not the patients. I also lost my iPhone charger called about spoke with nurse station the floor I was on said they had no chargers turned in by the nurse. The nurse stoles it from me. Also I had a special cloth mask a nurse threw it away saying she thought it was disposable ones. Obviously it was dark blue with white on it. Not very lite blue. read more

2 months later... still dealing with the incompetency of Crozer. Trying to switch doctors but they won't even send me records over to my new doctor for 30 days. Had to call 6 times and go in person just to get the fax number. Issues are still not cleared up. Also tried to follow up with the phone number that they provided under my previous comments, but no response or call back. read more

It's only getting an extra star ( would have been 1- star) because the ER physician was very nice, intelligent and compassionate. Do not come here to the ER unless you are with someone as your advocate. My family member was brought here from the ambulance after a fall that caused a broken hip. I am also a healthcare provider, but didn't want to be so bold during our experience by stating to everyone in the ER that I'm an educated and experienced professional. The nursing care is low skill level at best. It took over two hours ( after telling multiple nurses & physicians who visited our ER bay that my family member needs a urinary wick since she could not move to use the bathroom. Forget pain medication!! You literally have to scream In pain to get anything. After using the call bell for over 1 hr of the family member wincing in pain I again went to the nurse station where I found our nurse sitting , reading and eating potato chips! I asked if she could please re-dose the pain meds - as it was 4 hrs since her last dose and it was wearing off. 48 minutes later she finally came in! Totally unacceptable. I could go on, but why bother - just know - this is a no go!! read more

I have called Crozer over 13 times in regards to a bill I received. I have called Managers and Directors in an attempt to receive an answer. I have asked for a breakdown of the bill multiple times, and have received nothing. In fact I got a call from Collections about the bill. After calling Crozer to let them know that I still hadn't received a breakdown, but I did hear from Collections I was told they would call me in a day. That was at the end of July, I still haven't heard anything. My family has also been getting bills on procedures from years ago that they do not owe anything on. If you value your time and money, go to one of the many other healthcare systems in the area. read more
