Very disappointed. Stopped in on a Friday afternoon. Was one of the only customers. Four employees working. I was completely ignored--not greeted, not asked for my order, nothing. After waiting by the counter by the kiosks for several minutes and feeling invisible, I left. Was planning to buy four large cookies, but I guess I'll save myself some money and make them at home. I do wish they had better options. I enjoy they have some flavors available at all times but if I wanted those every time, I wouldn't go get a $5 cookie. Some weeks look great. Some not so much. Good thing the cookies are delicious because this was the most underwhelmed visit I have had to a crumbl. The store was colder than the inside of a refrigerator and the cookie examples on the counter looked like they had seen better days. The Oreo cake one looked to be a week old. read more

So my daughter saw this place on TikTok and she said we had to go; I'm a foodie so sure. Wow there's a line so ok it must be good yes the line goes quickly that's a plus ...but wait their are 6 different choices of cookie's what to do this and for me and my inner sweet tooth lover impossible to choose so yes 1 of each 6 huge cookies and not even 5 minutes later a very happy daughter and son in law... omg amazing . the cookies are always great. however, I had ordered 12 mini cookies and only received 11. whoever I talked to on the phone was great and was able to do a partial refund, but since I don't live in Sioux Falls we weren't able to enjoy the 1 specific cookie we really wanted to try, S'more's Brownie. the store was clean and smelt amazing but no one greeted. the ones who were busy I understand but there were a couple of them just standing there not actually doing anything. read more

This place is pretty cool and fun! The line was out the door when we arrived, but we were there for less than 10 minutes in total. You can expect cookies to be about 3.75 for singles and then the more you order the cheaper it is. For your normal everyday cookies, I don't think this place is special. The cookies are good, but I don't think the price is worth it. However, when you get to the specialty cookies, I think that is where the bang for buck is for sure worth it! The blueberry cheesecake cookies may have been the best cookies I've ever had and they're not something you see everyday! read more

I ordered a dozen cookies from Crumbl. The cookies are huge and extremely sweet. One cookie would be enough for 2 maybe 3 people. The prices are a little outrageous. We paid about $30 for a dozen cookies. It was a fun experience and the cookies are good. I highly recommend the classic sugar cookie! read more

Management is not helpful. I was not aware deliveries were processed through door dash, but apparently you can submit an address that is all but correct based on one slight error and have your product dropped off at a random location. No refund or redelivery available. Contacting the corporate office worked though, no thanks to the store management. read more

It's a cookie place: you can't add much more then that. The cookies are amazing and incredibly large. The place is full of young energetic works that really seem to enjoy working there. The service is good albeit a bit slow at times due to the shop always seeming to be very busy. If you visit, plan to stand in line for a bit, but I would say it is worth it. read more

Love that they have so many options when it comes to flavors, put me in the mindset of a cupcake shop but they are delicious cookies. After waiting in line for a half hour, I was disappointed to find they were out of Crumbl Water and all other beverages. The cookies were decent, but nothing special. You're paying for the size of the cookie, which isn't worth the price in my opinion. Also, the cookies are extremely sweet and dripping with butter. My hands felt disgusting afterwards. you are only paying for the quantity of cookie and not the quality. The cookies are not bad in taste but the fact that I tried 4 different cookies and could've sworn I've tasted all 4 in either a store or a christmas party doesn't equate with the hype the establishment has gotten.
