The cookies are very good! Grand opening is quite hectic but orderly because they're only letting in a certain amount of people at a time to help keep things smooth and comfortable inside. When you walk in you can see the kitchen and all the workers doing different things like decorating cookies, baking, packing them, etc. It's a very cool but eye-appealing concept. I like it. It brings more of an experience instead of just getting cookies. I tried the Wonka cookie, Oreo, semi-sweet, and the mystery flavor which was white chocolate chip cranberry. All very good. Honestly, I had the chocolate chip cookie at another location and thought it was too sweet and wasn't the biggest fan but this location had semi-sweet topped with light sea salt and it had the perfect amount of rich sweetness. I'm really glad we finally have a Crumbl Cookie by us, the other location is about an hour or two out and was such a drive. Their flavors change weekly and the cookies are huge, so I definitely look forward to trying them and will be back. read more

What a fun experience, when you walk in, you are greeted with a bright white room everything looks nice and neat and clean in the background is a team of workers almost feels like he walked into Willy Wonka's factory as 20 something people are preparing cookies in the background right on the counter. They are cracking fresh eggs, making cookie dough with some giant mixers.... experiences gourmet and modern. When you order your cookies your name goes on a screen in order even when they bring you your cookies they show them to you so you can check to make sure the order is correct before you go... the actual cookies themselves are very nice. It's mostly thicker almost done, shortbread style cookies, so if that's not your thing, you might not like it... it's definitely unique and the business model is fantastic because every week they're changing out the flavors, so want you to come back over and over again to try the new ones read more

when I first heard about Crumbl I was not so sure if I would be a fan, but my opinion completely changed by the first time I downloaded this app and walked into. The customer service is amazing and everyone is always so friendly. They make sure everything looks good before that you get your order. this app is so helpful and you could pre-order. The store is always so clean and there is such nice ambience in the store. The cookies are delectable and they always tickle my taste buds no matter what the flavor is. They never failed to make me happy. not lying when they say they are the best cookies in the whole wide world even the pies were amazing. This Thanksgiving I will if they should make a turkey pie because I didn't even feel like cooking. I just cookie. I didn't make any pies. I just got Crumbl cookie this year. i love crumbl cookies so much! their service is outstanding! i met the owner on their soft opening. he was very nice and courteous to me and my mom! we were able to beat the crowd on the soft opening too! we were able to go in, buy our cookies, and get out real quick! i was slightly disappointed when i saw that one of the oreo cookies didnt have as much crushed oreo cookie on top of it as much as the other one did since i got 2 of them, but, other than that, all the other cookies were pretty good! i really loved the peanut butter one! it was such an overload of peanut butter! but very good! even the inside of the store was pretty nice as well! i will definitely be visiting the dickson city store as much as i can, as long as they have cookies i like or that im interested in. you guys rock! keep it up! read more

So delicious! So glad there is a crumbl cookie here Flavors change weekly so there is always something new to try. Inside is clean and the employees are so friendly! I tried the Molten Lava cookie and it is amazing!! I bought the Chocolate Covered Strawberry cookie too but haven't tried it yet, but it looks delicious. I have tried a lot of cookies and they all are good! Some cookies are very sweet so you have to try a few to see what flavors you like. If you don't like really sweet I would recommend to stay away from cookies that have icing on top. Can't wait to keep coming back for more read more

It was my first time ever going to Crumble Cookie in my life. It was a great experience and they really have one of the best cookies out there. Plus every week they have a new cookie line up. They never fail to impress me of what cookies they come up with that week or how delicious there cookies will end up tasting like.
