4/5 times we went the cookies were raw. Friends in other states rave about their cookies so we kept trying to see if we maybe just went on an off day but every time seems to be an off day. Staff aren't the friendliest and wait times are long. Biggest issue is the raw egg in the cookies since they're always extremely raw and cold in the center. Would recommend a local bakery instead. We bought the Churro, Orange Roll, Mint Chocolate Chip, and Turtle cookies. The Orange and Churro were warm cookies and the Mint and Turtle were cold cookies. The cookies were quite large and very sweet. My favorite was the Orange Roll-it had a light citrus flavor, not overbearing. It was also more of a bread consistency than a cookie. The Churro tasted more like a cinnamon fragrance than a flavor to me. The Mint had very little flavor. The Turtle was a bit hard and extremely rich chocolate flavor-too much for me. We paid around $15 for the 4 cookies. Probably would not have a craving to go here again. read more

When they brought me my order and showed it to me it was wrong and I told them I had ordered something else. The girl then told another guy to go get the right cookies. I told him I was standing over here when I said the order so that way they knew I was ordering at the counter instead of the app and would give me the correct order. The guy then said "there's no need for you to yell at us." I have wanted to try this place out since it first opened but every time I went by the line was out the door. Finally decided to order ahead and do curb side pickup this morning all because this week they have a cornbread cookie. I ended up ordering all four of this week's featured cookies.....Churro, Cornbread, Chocolate Crunch and Original with peanut butter M&M's. I didn't have to wait long to get my order given it was around 9:30 on a Monday morning. I tried a little of each once I got home. The Churro tasted very much like a Snickerdoodle and I like snickerdoodles. But churros are a different thing so this one missed the mark for me. The Chocolate Crunch looked similar to a no bake cookie except with Rice Krispies but was very sticky. It was very chocolatey for sure. The original was just OK. Now to the one I specifically went there for.... The Cornbread cookie. It was also just OK. None of these cookies make me want to return to Crumbl. Especially not for almost $3 a piece. They are big cookies so maybe that's not unreasonable but I don't think I will go back. read more
