There was some confusion that I needed all the cookies in one box when I actually needed it into boxes because I was going to two different places. I'm from Katy Texas. We have a Crumbl there that is fantastic. I love our location. We were in town visiting family and I wanted to bring some cookies for them to enjoy. I tried to order some chocolate chip cookies and was told that there was a 30 minute wait. This was at 10:00 pm and they were not busy at all. There was already one customer waiting. I heard one of the girls behind the counter tell the other, "it's going to be a while. I only put in enough to fulfill her order." To me that was the craziest thing I ever heard. They were no where near their closing time and didn't have any of their biggest selling cookie ready? And to top it all off, they weren't in any hurry to make any more. I will certainly never return to this store and will not recommend them to anyone I know. read more

I really appreciate that ordering for curbside pickup is easy and, unlike some other reviewers, our order was actually brought to our car. However, the young lady who brought the cookies out went to the passenger side where my unmasked child was sitting with the window rolled up instead of to the driver's side where I sat clearly masked and with the window rolled down. That irritates me for lots of reasons. That aside, she was also rude. She shoved the cookies through the window, rolling her eyes as I reached across my child to take them, and then flounced off without a single word. Cool. We were so excited to try these cookies when we got home. Unfortunately, the experience was a major letdown. We got 4 flavors: Andes mint, sugar, chocolate chip, and peanut butter chocolate chip. They were fair, at best. The icing on the sugar cookie was sickly sweet and had an odd taste. We had to scrape it off to make the (bland) cookie remotely edible. The chocolate chip had very little flavor, and the PB chocolate chip tasted exactly like the chocolate chip with a faint hit of peanut butter. Idk how anyone gets away with calling that a peanut butter cookie. The only one that had any real or good flavor was the Andes mint. The icing was a little too sweet so we scraped some off and it was fine, and the cookie itself actually had a noticeable flavor. It's the only cookie that we finished. I'd heard good things about Crumbl and was so excited to try it. After this, though, I'll just stick to Sugarista and Insomnia. In my experience, their cookies and service have always been much better. read more

We got the mixed box of lemon poppy seed, chocolate chip, lucky charms and sugar cookie. Each cookie offered its own variation of deliciousness. Don't give any negative reviews a thought. Cookies are my weakness and when this place opened up I was super excited. I've bought enough cookies 4x and each time I've been more disappointed. First chocolate chip cookie was amazing. The following 3x though, the cookies have not been fully cooked and very mushy towards the middle. I've ended up having to only take a bite or two off the edges and then throwing the rest away. Ordered some cookies through door dash and was missing a whole box(4chocolate chip cookies) I called and spoke to the manager and she fixed it ASAP. She also did something no other place has done when missing something. She redid an order through door dash so that I can have my cookies tonight. That's above and beyond service right there! The cookies were good which is the only reason I gave them a 2 star rating. The ordering process and customer service was greatly lacking. I placed my order on my computer for curbside pickup. It never prompted for a name. At the end, it said tap here when you arrive and you will be notified when to come in to pickup your order. This makes no sense so I call the store. The girl that answers tells me it's because most people order in their phones. That shouldn't be an assumption. I told her curbside means I'm not getting out of my vehicle and she laughed and said ok. When I arrived, I waited 10 minutes past my pickup time. I called to find out about my order and the girl acted like she couldn't hear me and then hung up on me...30 seconds later someone walks out with my order. Imagine that! So disappointed. Not sure if I will order again. Customer service is so important and it's not a priority with this company from what I can see. read more

I rarely give any place 5 stars. Crumbl has taken the Chic fil a business model and applied it to an amazing cookie experience. Cookies are made in house with fresh ingeidients from what I can tell with no crap in them. Cookies are ALWAYS consistently cooked perfectly. They have always been super fresh and don't taste like they are 12 hours to days old. IMO the only thing that they could do better is sell super cold milk in a glass bottle. read more

I am truly addicted to these cookies. When they say "Crumbl," they really mean they are some of the softest cookies you will ever encounter. Every Monday I check the week's new flavors and pre-plan the box that I'll inevitably pick up. These cookies are large and in charge, I'm talkin' you have to lift with your legs and not your back when you pick one of these babies up.
