The best hidden little bakery in Lubbock! I love their brownie bombs. (they're keto) I got 6 chocolate chip cookies, 6 lemon cookies and 4 brownie bombs for $41! They were all keto, and they were a good size. They were super polite and answered all my questions about each product I was curious about. If you're not one who likes to talk on the phone, they do have a facebook page you can message as well. The inside is decorated so cute, and it's in a plaza type of area so it isn't super hard to find a good parking! I'll defiantly be back for sure read more

So sad. My birthday cake is ugly. Not at all what my husband asked for. Not worth the $75 he paid. Very, very disappointed See my photos. It is the bright pink cake with gold and flowers. The baker was friendly and responsive at least. I am extremely let down by this cake and feel embarrassed to even show it off in photos. The cake itself is extremely, extremely dry. My husband also asked for filling and she did not add it. The frosting is good at least but unfortunately we won't be eating another bite of the cake. So frustrated. read more

Found this place on Yelp (Thanks, Yelp!) and drove straight to the bakery from the airport. I needed some baked goods for a morning meeting, and, I had found it difficult to find places that would be open early enough in the morning to grab them on my way. So I came to Baked Bliss to see what they had. At first, I was a little disappointed that it appeared to be only cookies. But, as I placed my order for a mixed dozen, I started mindlessly sampling from the sample jar and, holy cow, guys. It was delicious. And I am a cookie snob! I'm also from the "big city" and am accustomed to paying a certain price for cookies of quality, and cookies of size. These were so affordable (by my standard) and, really, about as cheap as making them yourself, if you factor in labor. But the quality -- good God! Peanut butter - awesome. That cherry vanilla one? Holy cow - I'm still dreaming of it. And the one chock-full of everything? Yeah. That was pretty good, too. I took the box to the meeting and no one had heard of the place! But, anticipating this, I had brought several business cards with me and everyone said they were going to swing by and check it out sometime. Update: I just went back to Baked Bliss after ordering enough cobbler to feed 30 people and presliced. They were so sweet and put each serving and an individual cup and sent me with complementary whipped cream to put on top. They also helped me carry the cobblers to my car which I really appreciated. All for a very reasonable price! And I tried the cherry vanilla cookies and I think I died and went to heaven. See you guys when you get here. Update 2: the cow (cranberry oatmeal walnut I think) cookie might be better than cherry vanilla. This place is the bomb. The cinnamon rolls...also amazing. Even reheated. read more

It's not too bad for the amount you get and the price, but I didn't like the chocolate cupcake too much. The people are friendly, but I didn't see a price listing for the items anywhere. The display of the store and their items is worth the visit and try though. The cupcake icing was really good and homemade, but there was just too much for my liking. We rented out the whole shop for a birthday party which is decorated very cute. She was only trying to give us 15 min to set up and 15 min to clean up. So we paid for an extra hour for her to close up. The real problem was a cake we paid $500 for and it was trash. Poorly decorated , was leaning over and was so dry. We basically threw it all in the trash. When confronted she made excuses and refused to give any money back. Blaming it on the moisture in the room. My granddaughters first birthday took a major hit if definitely never do business again w her and demanded my money back for another cake we had ordered. read more

I love Baked Bliss! Located in the cute Cactus Alley. It is a really convenient location and next to a lot of cute shops and eateries. The ladies who work here put so much love and time into your product and you can taste it! The items are always fresh and made with great ingredients. I love the small bakery feel of the place. Things disappear fast so it is good to make a special order if you need something specific. I love this little bakery and recommend it highly. read more

Baked Bliss is amazing! Bought a half dozen to bring to work this week and everyone loved them. The lady who helped me was super sweet and helpful. I'd originally asked about getting a dozen but downgraded since I thought it'd be too much, and she worked out all the prices with me without ever making me feel pressured. My previous favorite was the cherry vanilla since it's such a unique flavor option, but if you eat a whole cookie in one sitting (oops) you can pretty much feel your blood sugar rising. New fave is the oatmeal/white chocolate/cranberry one that she talked me into! Oh my GOD those were like none other - and this is coming from someone who feels personally victimized by whoever created oatmeal raisin cookies. The cost does make my heart hurt a little bit ($14.94 for half dozen after tax), but for the size and quality of the cookies, it's definitely worth the splurge once in a while. I went by today and it was 12:15pm and I wanted to get some of their keto frito pie and the guy at the front said they had sold out. Really ? Very disappointed that it was this early in the day and they ran out ? I don't understand , lunch is usually at 12:00 and they were out by 12:15. There was not anyone in there when I got there. I'm always intrigued by any shop in Cactus Alley... I always feel like I've stepped into a little sub culture that's super cool every time I'm there, and Baked Bliss does not dissapoint. It's definitely a little gem, and the cookies are SO GOOD. I had the COW (cranberry, oatmeal, white chocolate) and It was just delicious. My friend got one of their layered cakes in a jar, and let me have a bite. It deserves a heart eye emoji here. The staff are also incredibly kind and helpful when you have questions. read more

Yelp address is incorrect but they had absolutely NO cupcake inventory let alone cheese cakes and pies. Recommend you go to a real bakery.
