Great service, you are greeted as soon as you walk inside (granted I was the only one there), but still over all friendly staff. The girl at the front was very nice and willing to go over each cookie flavor and give recommendations. Over all, I really liked the sugar cheesecake swirl one very soft and frosting tasted like cream cheese frosting, that one was a 9.4/10 for me. The chocolate chip was lacking some complexity in flavor maybe sea salt or something else would've elevated the flavor, 8.8/10. The snickerdoodle or cinnamon toast crunch solid snickerdoodle flavor the icing is also very good not overpowering, my favorite one out of the selection 9.7/10. After dinner, my wife and I were hunting for a treat. We saw Crumbl was nearby so we stopped in. We've been to other locations and had high expectations going in. The self ordering process is really nice so you can see the options and take your time. We opted for 4 cookies with the plan to share with the kiddos. Chocolate chip was warm and soft and really good. Strawberry iced was good as always. The new ones for us were the chocolate peanut butter (buckeye?) which was really good. Any stars taken away on my reviews are for helping a business achieve a 5 star rating and never intended as a put down. I would have given 5 stars for flavor and decoration, HOWEVER, two stars were taken away because the fish sugar cookies we bought (and they are EXPENSIVE at around $3-$4 per cookie) were raw and COLD in the middle. I did not know if this was the INTENDED texture, as some cookies are considered "chilled" on their website, but nowhere on their website does it say expect a raw texture. It's possible they were frosted warm and the cookies absorbed the melted fat in the middle. Raw cookies can not only be off-putting, they can be dangerous to eat. Please provide a warm and fully cooked sugar cookie option on your menu and consider the size when determining total time to fully cook these substantial cookies. These are large cookies (4" x 1/2"). We got a variety of the ones offered for the week. All cookies, with the exception of the shark ones, were fully cooked. The coconut one was my favorite. It's difficult to get coconut right - too often there is not enough coconut flavor and companies rely on just shredded coconut to provide enough flavor, which is never enough. The salted caramel chocolate; was pretty good and had me running for milk. The milk chocolate chip; not a fan, guess I'm used to toll house semi sweet. Still painting going on. Service was great. I came to the grand opening of Crumbl and there was a small line with a tent to welcome guest and celebrate the opening. We didn't have too wait long to get inside and actually didn't have to wait long once inside to order. We used the ordering kiosk before the cashier to order the Milk chocolate chip and Brownie cookie. They quickly called my name and we basically devoured the half our cookies before making it home to Norristown. We saved half of the cookie to savor and eat tomorrow. Employees were busy talking and cause everyone to wait for quite a while. it was quite a mess and they were practically throwing the boxes of cookies. Overall they weren't very professional or productive, and it felt like a waste of money and time. This was our first time visiting a Crumbl Cookies. We went around 5:30 pm on a Wednesday. There was no line. The cashier & all the workers making the cookies greeted us in unison when my husband and I walked through the door. We ordered a four pack of the large cookies - three of the Sugar (Mother's Circus Animal) cookies, and one of the Strawberry Shortcake. Out of the two flavors, we preferred the Sugar cookie since it had a nice vanilla flavor, it was buttery, crumbly, and I think it was the perfect texture (not too soft and not too hard). The Strawberry Shortcake was more of a cake like cookie. I downloaded the app so I could earn "Crumbs" on the order. We will definitely be back to try their other flavors that rotate every week! read more

Good cookies but the few times we've been here, they were out of one or more of the weekly flavors and had substituted a different cookie. We wound up leaving and headed to the Berwyn location. You can order at the counter, or they have a couple of kiosks where you can order yourself, which is what I prefer to do. Staff are overly friendly and it's a little much for me when all the workers yell welcome when you walk in the door. While the cookies are expensive, they are big! I stopped by today for the first time and ordered a box of 4: Chocolate Chip, Pineapple Upsidedown, Macadamia Nut and Chocolate Toffee. I will say the Pineapple Upsidedown did taste like the cake version which was cool but the over the top sweetness was nauseating, I could only eat half before I started to feel ill from all the sugar. My husband tried the chocolate chip, he couldn't stand it because of the sweetness and said the center of the cookie was underdone and he likes soft cookies. They were also expensive. Really getting into Crumbl cookies. The cookies themselves are usually pretty good, although there are some not so good. The fun comes in the weekly flavor changes. Was in last night to try the Oreo cookie and a few others. I ordered about 25 minutes earlier on the app and was excited to just walk-in, give my name, get my box and go, but that's not how it works. As I stood waiting for any of the 10+ employees to acknowledge me (they were busy making cookies, but the place was packed with customers who needed help) I overheard the one person upfront apologizing about the wait for the Oreo cookie. I figured I wouldn't be affected because I ordered so long ago, but not the case. After a few more people who walked in after me were helped, I had to make myself known and shared that I ordered already and was just picking up. Turns out they don't do anything with your order until you tell them you're here to pickup your order. Basically ordering ahead saves you maybe a minute unless there's a really long line. I had to wait with everyone else still. A few minutes later the cookies were done. The guy ahead of me got a free pint of ice cream for his wait. I got nothing. Left a little annoyed with the process and inconsistency. They're a brand new location, so there's definitely some ironing out to do. read more

It was very fast and the staffs were friendly. But when I do the payment, I was really surprised. They pushed me to put at least 18% tips... I went into this store to purchase the small cookies as a gift for customers at Christmas. I wanted to substitute the one cookie. I couldn't do that. In fact, the cookie I wanted to substitute wasn't even made. I bought 5 boxes of these. I had to wait until this was done. There was no sign that you had to purchase every one of the cookies that were shown. I asked about doing this because the day before I was at the Warrington store and was able to choose which I wanted. I was told that they are a different type of Crumbl Cookie store. She, the manager, said that they were a "sample store" and you couldn't substitute. There is no indication on the door or in the store that claims they are different in any way. I was given an example. The woman went on to tell me that if someone has a peanut allergy, they can't even take out the peanut butter cookie from the group. This is outrageous!! I guess this was said to make me feel better!! Where is the customer service especially with a peanut allergy?? Horrible!! I will never purchase from this store again!!! read more
