They gave me a 2 day old Dubai brownie. Brownie top underneath the chocolate was rock solid. Will not go back.

No one greeted us upon entry. There was a long line, when we asked the people in front of us if they ordered or were waiting, they said no one had ordered yet. The employees never came to the register or made any contact. After 5 min, someone walked in and went to the computer to order, but it wasn't working. At that time an employee finally came up to the register and took their order but discovered the register wasn't working. We were told to order on the app, but we couldn't get the app to download! Not only was the service bad, the customers in line who had apparently already ordered never commented or told us to go ahead. It was just a bad vibe all around, very disappointing. read more

I went to crumbl cookie yesterday morning and had a subpar experience. My cookie felt as if it was undercooked, my cold cookie was way too warm, and the people that were working did not seem to want to be there. When writing this review I really shouldn't surprise at this point. The Crumbl location in both Odessa and Midland have proven they cannot be consistent This the second time I have ORDER a cookie from their app and the store be out when I arrived to pick up my cookies. And the funny thing is I drove over to Odessa from Midland because the store in Midland had the decency to make their cheese cake cookie was unavailable. Odessa did not. What feels like a slap in the face is the fact the store thought a CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE was equal in value as their cheese cake that cost 1.49 extra. I honestly feel for the workers; I know it's not their fault. It is Crumbl themselves at fault for not making sure they have an enough their cookies THEY KNOW will be hot sellers. I am deeply disappointed and I am strongly considering not returning anytime soon. And I am considering encouraging anyone from buying from Crumbl until they solve this supply issue. read more

I get here not only does no one even come to me for 5 mins orders are going out before mine after 20 mins I finally get mad that a walk in got their order before me. We were a once, sometimes twice weekly customers since opening & it was great at first, but the last few months have been terrible! They NEED more workers & their self serve kiosks don't ever work, which would make it easier for the employees to work more on getting the cookies made! Anytime you go now, you aren't greeted or even treated nice by the employees, and there's always a terrible wait cuz there's only 2 or 3 working & too many orders to handle. I do like this place a lot and the cookies are really good. But this week's cookies have no flavor whatsoever and are super dry. The chocolate covered strawberry didn't taste like chocolate or strawberries and the New York cheesecake tasted rotten even the chocolate chip one wasn't good. read more

Ordered cookie crumble over an hour ago for a delivery. Cookies showed delivered but never got the cookies. I called and they said it was not their fault but Door Dasher's fault. I didn't even order through Door Dash. The guy on the phone tells me I have to wait another 30 minutes. I literally live 1.2 miles away from the store, so I don't know why it takes 30 minutes for delivery. He offered me no compensation for the order never arriving but did offer to resend with no compensation. This is poor customer service. Won't be going back or ordering again. It's apparently highly overrated. I'd take a picture but there is literally nothing to take a picture of since nothing arrived. read more

Don't order delivery through their app. I get the Tres Leches was popular but I ordered at 10:30 for delivery through the app. The status changed to queued for delivery meaning my order was completed. However it kept a status of waiting on delivery for over an hour and a half. Finally I called. Was informed they couldn't fulfil the order because they couldn't set them to side or something. When the DoorDash driver showed up (their selection of delivery not mine. I ordered through the Crumbl cookie app) they basically didn't have my order. They sold my order to someone else. The door dasher left according to them and "they were trying to figure out what to do for over and hour until I called instead of being proactive to fix their mistake of selling my order to someone else and then the cookies were sold out. When I asked why he didn't call me when the door dasher couldn't be contacted he said "they didn't have my information". That said he didn't get any information from me to refund so likely they could contact me just chose not to. This store has no integrity and no professionalism. I'm now waiting to see if I even get my refund on my order that was obviously sold to someone else after I already paid for it. read more
