Crumbles are everywhere. They are also hit or miss on service. I ordered for a certain time and delivery date and they delivered them today. The manager yelled at me, he was aggressive and treated me like an idiot. I send crumble at least 1-2 days a week. Very disappointed! read more

I love crumbl in woodhaven it is personality one of my favorite locations. It's always nice and clean. The service is always great the bakers are friendly and open to answering in questions you may have. If you never been here before you typically order on the screen yourself if using card but if using cash they have a register up front and someone can help you. The cookie flavors change week to week. I usually only come when they have my favorite cookies which this week they did, it was so good. I didn't care too much for the New York cheesecake but the monster and Oreo cookie was top tier. Check them out whenever in the area. read more

I guess just making good quality cookies is not enough, they have to be stuffed with more calories than a box of krispy kream donuts. The cookies are just overly sweet and sugary, we cut one cookie into bite size pieces because more than that is just too much sweet on sweet. The best thing I've had was the rice krispy treat, which I guess they don't make very often. That's a shame, it's better than the oversized cookies with gobs of frosting or melted caramel. Soooo, this is what got delivered to my door, the bad review isn't about the delivery I get it, sh!t happens right, the bad review is the rude customer service I received, also the attitude I received over the phone was unnecessary and completely unprofessional. Also when requesting to be redelivered or refunded, being met with "neither of those are happening either come and pick them up or I cannot help you", is probably not the best way to handle the situation. Than when I say I will come pick them up, than get there and you tell me we already prepared them and they are probably cold have a nice night with a problematic tone. I came to Crumbl to order some chocolate chip cookies, I'm an African American young black girl in her 20s, and I was in shock at how the two managers there, one was named Nick and the other's name is Amanda, they both were very rude and said racial slurs such as "nigger" and also said the wig I was wearing looked like a mop, and that they hate black people. I've always loved Crumbl cookies. Their "tactic" of switching up flavors every week really does keep you coming back. I used to have to drive a distance to get them, but now they're practically down the street. Crumbl figured out what Insomnia Cookie didn't... EXPAND, and do it rapidly, and DON'T just stick to college towns (for the most part). I will knock a star for 2x reasons (and this goes for ALL Crumbl locations)... ordering and pickup is a bit clunky, especially during peak busy times. The overall customer space isn't large. That needs to be refined. And second, be more accurate with your calorie counts. It's very misleading in its current form, and would be better if it was total calories per cookie (even if it's a rough estimate). I know it's a lot of calories, but I hate looking at 100 to 150 calories PER SERVING. By law, serving sizes must be based on the amount of food people typically consume, rather than how much they should consume. I think it's much more reasonable to consider that the typical consumption is 1 whole cookie, rather than 1/4 (or less) of a cookie. So TECHNICALLY, Crumbl is breaking FDA law by not taking typical consumption into consideration. I mean, that's not going to stop me (which is obviously the same for most people), but it's an important point. On the website, it lists some cookies as "per container", and some as "per cookie"... is "per container" a whole cookie? If so, it is incredibly misleading. What this means is we have to weigh each cookie ourselves and do the math. Pretty annoying. read more
