Alex gave me a call just a few hours later that evening, the office sent me an engagement letter the next day, I was going over my contract with Laura later that same week. Of course I reviewed the contracts myself, however I don't know what I don't know. On our phone appointment, Laura walked me through every paragraph to make sure I understood it all correctly and made sure to add in what I needed before sending a drafted revision. By the end, I was comfortable with what we drafted and I signed the contracts. I recently worked with her again, and the process was seamless. I had a very last minute opportunity and needed the contract reviewed quickly. I actually forgot to send her a copy of the contract ahead of time and sent it in minutes before our phone appointment. She was able to look it over anyway and we continued with our phone appointment as scheduled! We had our phone appointment on a Friday and she had the drafted revision back to me on Monday. I did not expect the turnaround to be so quick, but I am grateful that it was. The initial fee was $1200 I believe (I had 1 contract and a second smaller contract). It would've been a bit less if only had the one contract to go over. The second time I was given a discount as a returning client, around $800. Worth every penny in my opinion. All of my communication with Granovsky & Sundaresh has been pleasant and efficient. I'd absolutely recommend working with Laura. She's personable, friendly, and quick to respond.

Their team is nothing short of excellent. Max Bracero, in particular, was outstanding. His communication, poise, efficiency, and dedication played a pivotal role in the success of my case. Despite unexpected challenges that prolonged the process--due to factors outside of the firm's control--Max remained diligent and unwavering in his approach. I was thrilled to receive the news that he had secured a favorable outcome. He certainly delivered!!! A heartfelt thank you to Max and the entire team at Phillips & Associates. Especially the receptionists who demonstrated professionalism and exceptional etiquette at all times. I truly appreciate the dedication and expertise of everyone involved. I will never go elsewhere.

I had created a Delaware C corporation for my tech startup a year ago and only recently started getting back to building the business and technology in full force. I had never consulted a business lawyer about the corporation entity, so I had a lot of remaining questions. After speaking with Shamila on the phone, I was able to set up a meeting with Domenic just a couple days later. After resolving my immediate franchise tax issues, Domenic used the rest of the meeting to answer all my questions about my corporation. He shed light on all the various types of corporations and business entities, including what works best for any given situation. He also confirmed my suspicions that my entity's setup was not as efficient as it could be, and offered suggestions and action items to fix it. These suggestions have helped so much, and will do wonders in the long run. One of my favorite things about Domenic is his honesty. He makes it clear if you're starting to tread into waters that don't fall under his main expertise. Because of this, he introduced me to two other law experts on the subject, that were able to fill in the gaps. Those meetings have also been great. In summary, I highly recommend Romano Law PLCC. A phenomenal team of professional experts. Should my startup succeed, I hope to be working closely with Domenic and company in the long-term future.

My experience with Chris was deeply disappointing…read more I hired him to handle a discrimination case against my employer. The settlement he negotiated was already less favorable than other attorneys advised, but the real problems started after the agreement was signed. When the company failed to fulfill parts of the settlement as promised, I turned to the attorney for help enforcing the agreement. Instead, I was told that I was on my own. As a result, I ended up receiving less than I expected from the settlement and was left to navigate a complicated mess of paperwork and follow-up issues without meaningful assistance from either the company or the lawyer I had paid to represent me. One thing I am glad I did was negotiate his contingency fee down significantly from his initial proposal to I think 14%. Based on the level of service I ultimately received, I would strongly encourage prospective clients to negotiate fees aggressively. The most frustrating part was not the outcome itself--it was feeling abandoned when problems arose and support was needed most. Based on my experience, I would not hire this attorney again. Response from the owner William - Regrettably, we have a long history with you and I will leave those details out of the public record other than to say the paperwork related issues were never ours to deal with - they were not part of our representation of you - as we explained multiple times.
