On our phone appointment, Laura walked me through every paragraph to make sure I understood it all correctly and made sure to add in what I needed before sending a drafted revision. By the end, I was comfortable with what we drafted and I signed the contracts. I recently worked with her again, and the process was seamless. I had a very last minute opportunity and needed the contract reviewed quickly. I actually forgot to send her a copy of the contract ahead of time and sent it in minutes before our phone appointment. She was able to look it over anyway and we continued with our phone appointment as scheduled! We had our phone appointment on a Friday and she had the drafted revision back to me on Monday. It went on to say to negotiate better terms of the document, I will be charged in addition that same outrageous price plus 25% of any additional money they are able to negotiate. WHAT? He has not even viewed the document to know if there is a possibility to negotiate better terms.
