She starts off with a one-on-one meeting to go over what exactly you are looking to do fitness-wise (and as we are women, we probably all have the same goal - flat tummy, nice bum, tone arms and legs etc.) and then she gets you started. The classes are two times a week (Tuesday and Thursday) and you can choose either early morning or evening. She is also a specialist in postnatal fitness and does "mummy tummy repair" as she calls it. Right from the first class you can tell the workout is having an effect and despite how easy it seemed to be, the day after you feel the burn, which is exactly what I look for! Her prices are also way cheaper than most and she gives excellent value.

So me and a couple of buddies went to the gym and decided to experiment with our PR as were young…read moreand full of energy. it's all going well as we're going up in intervals of 5 each time we try a new weight. one guy gasses out and now there's only two of us left still going up, when we reach our max we stop and who ever is left out of the group lifts the most and now we're done right. now we're trying our best to not be disruptive and keeping quiet just exhaling normally when we come up. my friend maxed out and we had to help him up with the bar and all of sudden two people start screaming at us for being unsafe. keep in mind we have spotters and we're just trying to enjoy our time in the gym. moral of the story we got verbally kicked out and embarrassed by the community. staff were nice and did their jobs well but the community in the gym isn't what you should seek if looking for a positive environment. over all dissappointed in this hope it helps for those of you looking for a new gym.
