MONDAY comes and the paralegal does not know what's going on. SHES SADLY UNEDUCATED ON ANYTHING A PARALEGAL SHOULD KNOW HOW TO DO AND RUDE. PRINTER IS BROKEN too. Miss Hicks is not in office. Due to a "family emergency." Her paralegal books, my appointment for THURSDAY where I wait around for hours. Her paralegal tells me that we will need to reschedule. I see that she has a lot going on and she may not be the best attorney for me at the moment. FRIDAY COMES And she reschedules AGAIN to Monday. In this message, she says if I cannot make this appointment, please let her know. Or I will be charged $300. now I'm very uneasy, so I go ahead and tell the paralegal very nicely (what I wanted to say in person) that I will possibly be using them in the future but right now is not a good time.
