THEY SET IT UP! Customer service is great... until you have an issue and then you are to blame for their faulty inflatable. I called and tried to resolve this before posting this review, however they said it was our fault, even though multiple of their team members stated "that's just how it works", referring to the water spraying out the side of the slide. I am terrified to see my water bill. What a shame!
