When we turned the water on to start filling the bottom area where guest would eventually slide into, the water cascades out instead of in the actual pool area. We have to undo and redo parts of the velcro attachment to get a downward water flow. The top inner part of the slide was full of mildew. We had to climb up to the area and clean the mold as best as we could before the guests arrived. Everyone had fun but the setup should have had a test run before the setup crew left to make sure everything was working properly. Better cleaning is definitely something they need to look into. After paying over $200, no cleaning or fixing the water should be done by the paying customer. I will go with another rental company in the future.

After a few days of very scarce communication with them, the guy calls me an hour before my party began (I had already called and left two messages since he was two hours late) telling me he can't find my address. I had already spoken with someone two days prior about how to get to my house, so this was frustrating. On top of that, he was about an hour away. When he still hadn't shown up when the party begun, I left yet another message asking someone to call me. No one called me back. He eventually showed up, but I will not be using them in the future.

Very poor attitude. They didn't even attempt to make it right for us. We will NEVER use them again. Such a disappointment.

So they left to get them and our event started with nothing. Then we waited two hours for them to pickup and apparently they had decided not to pickup that day and nobody told us. I'm glad we weren't set up somewhere that it couldn't be kept (ie a rented location) because they didn't pickup until 4 days later. After the first incidence they gave me a partial refund so I wasn't going to write this review but after the pickup fiasco I felt compelled. I'll give one positive the bounce house was nice and clean.
