Delivery and set happened the day prior to the event, which was great…read more They gave clear instructions about how to turn on the inflatable etc. The day of the party, when we flipped the switch on to start inflating the water slide, everything was good. When we turned the water on to start filling the bottom area where guest would eventually slide into, the water cascades out instead of in the actual pool area. We have to undo and redo parts of the velcro attachment to get a downward water flow. The top inner part of the slide was full of mildew. We had to climb up to the area and clean the mold as best as we could before the guests arrived. Everyone had fun but the setup should have had a test run before the setup crew left to make sure everything was working properly. Better cleaning is definitely something they need to look into. After paying over $200, no cleaning or fixing the water should be done by the paying customer. I will go with another rental company in the future.

This rental place dropped off at 11:30am and we expected them to pick up at 11:30am the following day. They texted us at 9am asking we wanted to keep it for an extra day for a discounted price. When we told them no, they showed up at 10:30am to pick up. I told them we had another hour with it and he said we didn't. When I explained to them we had not had it 24 hrs, he said they didn't care. Very poor attitude. They didn't even attempt to make it right for us. We will NEVER use them again. Such a disappointment.

So they left to get them and our event started with nothing. Then we waited two hours for them to pickup and apparently they had decided not to pickup that day and nobody told us. I'm glad we weren't set up somewhere that it couldn't be kept (ie a rented location) because they didn't pickup until 4 days later. After the first incidence they gave me a partial refund so I wasn't going to write this review but after the pickup fiasco I felt compelled.
