I decided to buy a swim mask for our granddaughter- seemed to be a really nice mask with fabric closure -good for girl's hair. Mask was more than gift card so I put the difference on debit card. Our granddaughter Was excited about her mask until she tried it in our pool and it immediately leaked- not good and no way to exchange since we live in Dallas. I called the store and spoke to Carrie and she said not to return the defective mask but she would refund money for it - a few days later I received money that I put on my debit card but not the gift card money. We felt the Store personnel was not honest regarding this issue and we will not be returning the next time we are in Rockport. Buyers beware!

And don't even get me started on how nasty the female sales gal was 2 weeks ago. I get it you hate working here but I can't help that! Find another job. Go back to school! Then they printed on a shirt while I was there was told the bleeding that occurred when pressing would come out on wash. I of course on vacation don't have a washing machine got home won't come out and won't fix unless I'm in store which is when and where I mentioned the issue and was told not to worry. Spoke to a useless manager who said if I come in store they might be able to help I mended they specialize in vacation memorabilia and I obviously don't live there was then told bye and hung up on.
