Called and spoke to a gentleman who was super nice and gave me pricing and booked me for a consult with cryoslimming. When I got to the office I was introduced to the person doing the consult/treatment who's wet fish handshake alone was a turn off for me. I was then told that pricing of $199/session was only if I purchased a pack of 10 and said most people need at least 10. If I didn't want to pay $2,000 upfront (with no guarantee btw) I could do the one session for about $375. No other options, no 5 pack, no first time price. I left and called a competitor in the area who offered the same service and offered a promo rate of $99 for the first appointment and treatment, that and their custom solution approach got me to sign up right away. read more

This is a weird concept to me-- basically you can design your own IV bag for a hangover or if you are pregnant and throwing up, a way to re-hydrate yourself. I came across this place because of a Groupon offer I had purchased for B-12 shots. Upon printing out my offer, I sent an email to the business to schedule my first appt. My email went unanswered for 3 days and then I was informed that they weren't doing the Groupon thing anymore and would not honor the deal, but they would give me the deal directly at the same price. The price noted on their website was the same as the 'deal' on Groupon so there really was no deal, but the price was affordable so I decided to go ahead after getting a refund from Groupon. The offer is still on Groupon, by the way-- I notified them that this business was not honoring the offer but it is still up. Anyway, went in for a shot of B-12. This place is located in what seems like a sketchy patch diagonal from the main bus terminal that is behind Whole Foods in downtown Sarasota. Why is it sketchy? Because of the hardcore bum contingent that is lounging all over the sidewalk hitting up anyone walking by for money. It can be an unpleasant gauntlet, so circle the block a couple of time to find a parking space where you can approach the business from the opposite direction and bypass the aggressive panhandlers. The shot itself was fine and Fernando seemed pleasant enough. The environment is clean and professional The problem I have with this place is they advertise certain hours but they aren't open during the times advertised. Trying to pin them down to times they will be open is like nailing Jello to the wall, and even with a time confirmed by the business, I made the trip and found the place closed. If you are telling me you are open during a window of time that is also advertised on your Facebook page and this Yelp page AND a time I confirmed via email, do me the courtesy of actually being open. It seems plain to me that being able to arrange a consistent schedule that works for my schedule is going to be impossible with this business. I didn't appreciate my time being wasted and 'fool me once' with that and I will find another place to go. It is too bad because it seems like a new business and I'd like to support it, but they need to get their act together with the hours and honor the times they post or remove them entirely and go to 'by appt. only'. read more

Ive had the pills before and didnt feel any effect and thought, what could it hurt. No expectations. Wow! Was i mistaken. Now with the freezing therepy too. You've got to try them. All of these reviews seem to be fake and in fact most of them are cause his own employees write these reviews. This place is awful. Cryoskin doesnt work and is a complete waste of money, there is no solid evidence behind it and it doesnt make any medical sense. Any MD will tell you that, keep in mind Fernando is not an MD, he is someone who started medical school but never became a physician: I wonder why???......RUN......The cryotherapy machine is cheap and useless, no wonder Fernando is the cheapest in the area, cause his equipment is junk, anyone who knows quality cryotherapy will tell you that...... I spent close to $1000 dollars with this junk place........I literally had to file a police report about cryo XL because Fernando unlawfully violated the consumer protection act by refusing to refund me some money unless I signed a document "asking me" that I would not talk bad about the company and let people know the truth, well guess what. Feel free to have your so called lawyers attack me, the Sarasota police are now involved....also feel free to report me to the Navy or the police and give them any of your unlawful recordings of me, both the Navy and the Police are ready to deal with that issue.....In addition, I never agreed to comply with not talking negatively about the company nor do I legally have to due to the consumer protection act, and as the document states, I only acknowledge that he is "asking" me not to talk bad and tell the the truth about the company. Fernando also tried to intimidate me saying his friend was a cop, and admitted to violating Hippa laws by discussing me and my business with his friend.
