The Laser Lounge came very highly recommended to me, and I can most definitely see why. I'm new to the area, and was nervous about finding someone to do my Botox that was reputable and not going to make me look crazy. I made an appointment online about a month in advance. It was easy, quick, and I was happy to have it set up for around the time when I knew I would be due. I arrived at my appointment a few minutes early, as they had requested in their confirmation voicemail the day before, and filled out my consent forms. It was all electronic, and very easy. I was seen at my exact appointment time at 12:15PM, and since I was on my lunch break, I was appreciative of the fact that everything is kept tightly on schedule. Dr. Jeff is awesome, and after my appointment yesterday, I know I won't be going anywhere else. He is so personable, professional, and polite. I'm glad he asked me questions about what I previously had done, and was able to have me in and out within just a couple minutes. At first I was nervous, but the moment we shook hands, I knew I had no reason to be. He knows what he is doing!!! The front desk staff are really sweet and professional as well. They even provided me with a little coupon that when I follow the directions, will provide me with a $50 card towards my next service with them. That helps a lot! Price overall was VERY reasonable. I had such a great experience with my first Botox and lip fillers! Jeff is awesome and was helpful in giving his professional opinion. He was very gentle and made sure I was not in too much discomfort during the procedure. The Botox didn't hurt at all. The lip fillers were just a pinch mostly. Nothing unbearable. The results are beautiful! My forehead is smooth and my lips look full and natural! I will return to have more in the future! I also had microneedling by Mariah, of my face and I am so happy with the results. My face feels so soft and smooth and afterwards I only looked like I had a mild sun burn for the first 24hrs. The actual procedure is not painful, just more annoying. It doesn't take that long at all! I can't wait to return for my next session and continue the improvement of the texture of my face. Mariah did such an awesome job making sure I was comfortable and informed on aftercare. She also, gave me a gentle facial peel 2 weeks before my microneedling session. It was very calming and made my face feel super smooth. There was no funny discoloration at all! Just a little dryness around the mouth and nose area. The desk ladies are very sweet and helpful as well! Always polite and smiling. They always make sure I'm comfortable and ask if I would like something to drink. I came across this place on Groupon when I was looking for B-12 shots. Feeling low energy, a friend suggested B-12 injections but it can be hard to find places that offer them. It seems they are most often offered as part of a comprehensive weight loss program or the B12 is mixed in with other ingredients. In any event, Groupon seems to offer the biggest selection of places advertising B-12 shots. I bought a package deal for 10 shots and scheduled an appointment online. The name of the place listed in the Groupon deal is slightly different than the business name here, but it is the same place. It can be hard to find-- it is tucked behind a Walgreen's, off to the side of a Publix shopping center very close to an I-75 exit/entry ramp. Look for the Walgreen's or the signs for Snap Fitness and you'll find Laser Lounge. The place is nondescript from the outside, but inside it is quite lovely and elegant. It looks like a Z Gallerie or Ikea designer set. Hipster posh. Everything is super clean and the front office staff was friendly and helpful. The person offering the B-12 shots was friendly, efficient and made me feel comfortable (Pauline). I won't say the shot is painless because no shot is painless, but it was as painless as possible and I was in and out in 10 minutes. They offer quite a few other procedures and options for all things girlie as well as plenty of things men will like. If you are new to the day spa/beauty world, the B-12 shot might be a relatively inexpensive introduction to what happens in a place like this. They have tons of other things available and as you grow comfortable, you might want to investigate their options. I'm not much of a 'girlie girl' but everyone likes to treat themselves to some pampering once in a while and this seems like a nice place to do it. Check 'em out! read more
