The only way to manage the membership is with the app. The app is trash, you cannot remove a payment method without replacing it with another. You cannot cancel the membership only pause. The cancel option is grayed out. You have to email or call in order to cancel the membership and then still you cannot remove your payment method. Scam like billing practices. No refunds, but they reserve the right to cancel your membership at any time.
