I was not expecting anyone else so I called the ASAP business and requested that I be assigned Val, and I was told that she was not available for additional assignments. The new cleaner was AWFUL! It did not matter if I left notes with specific chores to be done (like wash the bathroom floors) the work was spotty and inconsistent! I called the ASAP Services office and often had to leave a message that was rarely responded to, and nothing changed with the quality of cleaning - so I terminated the arrangement with them... SO GLAD I DID!
