The guys then stayed to remove all of the carpets in the house, that day and half of the following day. The one room had carpet that was glued down and they stayed until it was scraped clean. My cleaning gal referred me to them when she wasn't able to clean, said "his gals are good" The new owner was very pleasant, came to my apartment and emailed me an estimate. It was a little high but I gave them a try. The first visit, a "deep cleaning" resulted in the paint being destroyed on the range hood. They were very prompt in repaying me for having it replaced. I decided to give them a second chance. They were over an hour late, 3 people came to clean a small 2 bedroom apartment. They were in each other's way, it was ridiculous. They didn't seem to be organized at all, After they vacuumed the living room, they started leaving. I asked about the other rooms not being vacuumed, they said they had done them. I was sitting right here, they did Not! And they hurried out the door. After they left, I found so many places that were not cleaned, halfway cleaned and you couldn't smell any kind of cleaning product, I had asked for more natural products after the first time it smelled like toxic chemicals. I emailed the company about the unsatisfactory job. I got no response. I eventually received a bill and I contacted them that I didn't feel I should pay full price for such an unsatisfactory job. She responded that I had to contact the office before the girls left to have had them look at it. I didn't pay the bill and received a second one with a huge late charge. I emailed an offer to pay half the price of the cleaning and asked for a reply. After waiting almost a week. No response. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

A very thorough job is an understatement. Cole is a consciencious and very courteous young man. The price was fair and equally competitive with carpet cleaners locally. The technician showed up on time and was extremely professional. The cleaning for a 700 sq ft took about an 1.5 hours. The quality was amazing and they got all the hard stains out of the carpet. The price was 200$ and was well spent. This my new go to carpet cleaning service that doesn't disappoint.

Not very customer service sounding when addressing a customer as "Man" for every question or statement. "Good morning Man", "Hey Man", man this, man that. Next day, after drying, it looked like it was barely touched and does not look clean. I watched him "clean" the couch. He soaked it to sit as he did the floors. This is good...understand why. However when it was time to clean the couch, I could swear it took all of 10 minutes to do. Watching him, he did not take the time to slow down and allow the truck to pull the water out, he rushed the job. I will not use, or recommend this company. Watered down cleaning solution on couches does not work. I could not even smell a cleaning solution, only water when the couch was soaking.
