Established in 2012.
Crystal Clean Green Cleaning was founded in Sarasota in 2012 by Steven and Kristina Pajevic with a $100 Walmart gift card, no outside funding, and a simple goal: build a company people could trust.
What started small grew into an established residential cleaning company serving Sarasota and Manatee Counties. Over the years, Crystal Clean has remained family-owned while building a team, developing professional systems, investing in sustainability and workplace wellness, and earning recognition for service, customer care, business leadership, and community impact.
Today, Crystal Clean focuses on long-term residential cleaning relationships throughout Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, and surrounding communities, while staying grounded in the same core values that helped build the company: Help Out. Be Real. Create Value. Have Fun.
Meet the Business Owner: Steven P.
Steven Pajevic is the co-founder and CEO of Crystal Clean Green Cleaning, bringing more than 20 years of experience across entrepreneurship, financial services, corporate operations, leadership, training, and business development.
Before co-founding Crystal Clean in 2012, Steven owned an Allstate insurance agency, taught insurance licensing and continuing education, and worked in corporate operations and business analysis.
Today, he is also a speaker, business advisor, and small business advocate, with recognition including Business Observer’s 40 Under 40, SRQ Best Business Leader honors, and national speaking and industry features.
Steven and the Crystal Clean team remain committed to giving back locally through community partnerships, food drives, and other service initiatives throughout Sarasota and Manatee Counties.
And yes, he still notices the little things.
