She knew the horrible situation she put me in and still did not do the right ethical thing. Her statement was that her business had taken off and didn't need my business. I rarely write reviews but would hate for others to be put in this situtation. If you need your home cleaned at a specific time or date, do NOT use Beth service. I have an Airbnb rental in Venice and was looking for a service that would clean on week-end. I love my Royal Maid service but they don't clean on week-ends. I reached out to Beth on April 6 for a Saturday cleaning. On May 17 we confirmed a rate, cleaning date and time (June 26) and that she would complete the job. June 22, I confirmed again. We discussed the rate again and she didn't recall. She increased her rate and told me if I didn't pay the additional amount she wouldn't clean. She also needed me to Venmo her prior to cleaning, which I did. Either she lied about not receiving it or gave me the wrong account name. I paid on June 24 and said she wouldn't clean because she didn't see the funds. I had renters leaving and coming in two days. I was unable to find another service on such short notice. Thankfully my neighbor cleaned for me. If I didn't have someone, I would have had a dirty house with dirty towels and linens for a new renter.
