A paver company that doesn't know pavers...not someone who you should use if you want an…read moreaesthetically pleasing result. Therefore, stay away from this business. We contracted them for a driveway expansion. Rogerio, the owner claimed to know right away what pavers to order to match the ones we currently had (which are only about 2 years old). He never insisted that I get the exact paver lot number from our HOA, and I seemingly trusted his "expertise" to know which ones to install for an exact match. After receiving a deposit, they claimed it took 3-5 weeks for their paver supplier to have the order ready. It took 8 weeks until they actually were available. I had to contact them multiple times on updates about the order. After HOA approval, which took about a month due to the holidays we were able to set up a date and time for them to start the job. I was told when they went to pickup our pavers that took 8 weeks to become available, that the supplier had given the order away. I was then told not to worry because the supplier somehow had 1 pallet of the "exact pavers" that they could provide. I mentioned that it was a relief if indeed they were the exact same. I was never presented with the paver that they were installing. Only provided the paper with the dimensions, color and type, which seemingly should have been an identical match. The time to install and finish the project was swift and correct despite the paver shape and color being a complete mismatch. The next day I spoke with Rogerio and he made many excuses as to why they looked so off, still insisting that they were the exact same pavers and was very apprehensive to make things right. He focused on the color of the paver, saying that due to the age difference between the two sets, that they would eventually fade and blend better. Where I was most unhappy wasn't about the color difference but the obvious shape and structure difference even within the texture of the pavers. He claimed he did not notice it and refused to do anything else to rectify the situation. He spoke about how there are always differences between identical paver lots due to variations in the "blend". It's been a month since the jobs completion. We have walked around many times viewing the same work done to neighbors driveways in the community. They all seem to have exactly matched pavers in their expansions. So I can only assume that other paver company's are far superior in quality, performance and expertise. I would not recommend them and advise others to seek out more professional businesses

But they left the job unfinished with 48 sq feet of driveway undone and open. Rogerio, the owner, refused to complete work or even to buy / and or deliver the remaining materials for me to use to finish up the job. He really doesn't care about the customer. Prices were middle of the road. Unless you want to re-write his contract for one that favors fairness, leave this company behind.
