The liners were wiped cleaned instead and left in place. The kitchenette shelves were wiped out, but not the drawers or the small refrigerator. They did a great job on the oven, but I will have to do-over my project to completion myself.

On the day of the appointment, they showed up right on time (even a couple minutes early) and got right to work with no fuss at all. The man doing the washing was very professional and friendly. My house had been looking REALLY bad since it hadn't been pressure-washed in over 6 years. A couple hours later it looked like I had put new siding on it! Excellent job.
