I was impressed with how quickly we had work done at our home. An estimator came out to our house, gave us a price for everything that could be cleaned. We got to pick and choose what we needed clean and got a great bundled discount. The crew arrived promptly and set up and started working immediately. I liked how well they worked together to make my house look like new. They went back and double checked their work and suggested that I do a roof wash next to keep my roof in good shape. FROM BAD TO WORSE: We hired this company to soft wash our log cabin. The crew that showed up was friendly and polite, BUT greatly lacking in any knowledge of using chemicals and pressure on wooden surfaces. The end result is a huge mess that will require more work to correct than if we had never "cleaned" it to begin with. There are bleach streaks/spots every where (see pics attached): doors, walls, ceiling, floors, AND inside the house. After the initial disaster, we called the owner, Burke, to hopefully remedy that situation. Calling the owner was a bigger mistake than hiring the company to begin with. He was consistently rude and condescending to my wife. He had zero accountability for the the mess his company caused, and constantly deflected any of our complaints blaming us or our house for the shoddy, poor excuse of work his company had performed on our home. ***Update to owner's response below*** The character of the owners of this company is evident in their response to my review. We purchased our house less than a year ago, and have been doing major renovations/updates throughout. Our intention was to clean the outside of our home in preparation for staining, not to go after an insurance claim as falsely stated by the company's owner. I have a paid receipt that states "For services rendered." "Services rendered" clearly means that the job was completed (in the opinion of the company). The job was NOT completed, but instead more damage was caused to our home by the bleach solution used by the company. I have attached a pic of the paid invoice. After seeing the extent of the damage caused by Squeegee Clean, I did cancel payment on the check until the issue could be resolved. When the owner came to to discuss our issues with the work, he was rude and condescending, particularly toward my wife. He stated that the streaks and spots on our home (seen in the pictures) was the "result of mold growth," not because of improper cleaning. You be the judge. read more

Left me with a huge mess, damaged windows and doors, bleach streaks inside my house from using too much pressure and the owner is a condescending man who thinks it's ok to talk down to women. But advertises his business as female owned when you see his wife's response, it's obviously not her... Would definitely NOT recommend! Stacey please feel free to contact me. My review is not contradictory- the process "your" woman owned company follows is to pre-treat with bleach then wash the solution off. There are bleach stains inside my home because the high pressure water rinse forced it in. I'd be glad to go over further information with you and show you at a scheduled time. I also have my property protected by audio and video to avoid "he said, she said" discussions. I would never make false statements about anyone. My home is damaged and there was no remorse, apology or suggestions to. He questioned mine and my husbands knowledge (who happens to be an expert water scientist fir the federal government) instead of trying to find a remedy for what his team did. I'm glad you admire your employer/ husband and it is the Godly way of living. But, frankly you weren't here and I can give him Grace that he might have been having a bad day but I stand behind my review. My husband had to stop Burke from being terribly rude to me several times, not to mention the way Burke spoke to him. This is a situation that should honestly end up in court. Great service and very professional. Ours was a residential project with lots of bricks and long driveway. John took the extra step to make sure everything was done thoroughly and well. Their cleaning substantially changed the curb appeal of our home. I'm happy we found them and will definitely use them for future projects. They are not your typical power washers. They have their special washing process, very professional including dressed in Squeegee Clean uniforms, fully equipped truck, and they know what they are doing. They were prompt, have a very good system for managing your services and invoice, and friendly. I highly recommend Burke Allen and his team at Squeegee Clean. We employed them to pressure wash our own house, and also, to soft clean the home of an ailing relative. They did a fabulous job both times, very reasonably priced, conscientious and thorough. We were on the Home for the Holidays tour here in the Hollywood/ Rose Hill neighborhood; they did a beautiful job getting the outside of the house, Windows and hardscape completely clean. On my relative's home, Burke and his team were responsive and careful to accommodate the schedule and particulars of the situation; I hired the team to pressure-wash, but he determined that a soft clean would work better.
