The young gal working was less than helpful. She seemed more interested in whatever she was doing then answering my questions totally reviewed the wwrong shop. Crystal limits on Higgins is where this happened so sorry for any damage this may have caused. read more

I wanted something special for my daughter's 'sweet sixteen'. Something she would always treasure. After looking everywhere around town, I stumbled on to Crystal Imports. I explained what I was looking for to the guy at the counter and he showed me a variety of stones and let me pick the one I wanted. He assured me the the necklace would be ready in time for her birthday. When I returned for the gift I was in awe. It was so beautiful! It turns out the 'counter guy' was the owner, so he knew exactly who I was and why I was there. My daughter was thrilled with her 'one of a kind' present. I was so impressed with the shop and the personal service, I returned for my other two daughters 'sweet sixteen's and continue to shop there to this day. Maggie G. read more

My 18 year old sister who works damn hard for her money came into your store and bought me a ring for my birthday, I now know that ring cost her $200. It is a beautiful ruby star stone set in some sort of crap metal setting that turns my finger green! I believe you knowingly ripped off a young girl and thought you would get away with it. I will be calling to speak to the owner on Monday and if this doesn't get resolved I promise I will do my best to show the missoula community what crooks you are. read more
