Habitat did an amazing job on my wedding florals. I worked with Kaitlynn and she was so nice and helpful throughout the entire process. I gave them very little to work with (all while flowers, greenery) and they delivered that plus more. All arrangements from the smaller boutonnieres and corsages to the larger one adorning the altar were beautiful. Best flower store ever!! I ordered the mason bouquet for Valentine's Day the night before and it was delivered on Valentines before noon! I even mixed up addresses(first did my sisters house then realized she was at work all day) morning of I called to switch and they switched it with no issue. They were so sweet and delivered the most GORGEOUS bouquet everrrr! It genuinely had my sister in tears at how pretty they were would recommend 10/10. i was born and raised in missoula montana and usually use bitterroot flowers and decided to yelp flowers in the area for my moms bday since i live in LA now and found habitat. instantly fell in love with the aesthetic of the website and all the options. i called them and stephanie was a legit angel so sweet, so informative and so helpful. she basically walked through the store with me and customized a gift basket for my mom. i ended up getting the mason jar arrangement which was only $35, a bday card which she helped me pick out, filled it out for me, and helped me pick out the love potion candle for my mom cuz i told her she likes floral scents. we arranged a pick up for my brother and he sent me a photo, it's even better than i could've imagined. this would've costed me hundreds of dollars in los angeles and the customer service would've been horrible. I've bought flowers from Habitat on multiple occasions. I use them for the usual flowers to the girlfriend, as well as sending plants and arrangements to my business clients as a thank you. Matt and the crew are awesome. I just call them and tell them a dollar amount, and they fix me up. I was in their buying flowers one time and the desk gal asked me what I wanted to spend. I jokingly told her I had $4 on me and I heard Jennifer in the back giving her desk gal instructions on building a $4 arrangement. When they say they will fit any budget they mean it! I ordered my daughter valentines day flowers and paid extra for valentines day colors. The arrangement they delivered has two red roses and a couple small white "spray roses" in a mason jar. It was embarrassing and when I called to ask what happened they told me because of COVID farmers are picking the flowers too early and price is high. This has nothing to do with the plain overpriced bouquet if you could call it that. They did not offer to bring her the correct flowers or refund the money only giving excused as to why were paid a high price and didn't get hat we ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM HABITAT. read more

This place is awesome! I walked in yesterday looking to have flowers delivered to my girlfriend at work for our anniversary. I don't know too much about flowers so I had no idea what I was doing. They literally could not have made it any easier for me! The guy basically asked me what my budget was and told me to look around and pick out colors and flowers that I thought she would like. He jotted down a few notes and said they would put something together that would fit my budget and deliver it to her. Today, my girlfriend got the flowers and was very happy and surprised. We are using habitat floral for our wedding. With that said its been a mess! They don't listen to your request, they can't seem to stay within budget, and they don't even know their own prices on items. We have received quotes for lights ranging from $15 a strand up to $300 a strand. When we have asked them to do things under x amount of dollars they quote you at x amount of dollars and not a penny less. They try to get all the money they can out of you. Give you flowers/colors you didnt' ask for. For the price and the service I would say your better off buy wholesale from Costco! Hugely disappointed in Habitat! read more
