This business only care about taking your money & will misrepresent properties to do exactly that.

This company handled the seller's end on a property that we purchased. When we discovered that the…read moreseller did not fulfill their end of the agreement (i.e. failure to repair items our inspectors found, leaving trash and personal belongings behind), we contacted their realtor who told us to contact her broker. After numerous attempts to reach the broker (Doty), we finally talked and he promised to take care of it. Stating that his word was his bond and although he would incur the expense, he would clean up the mess they left behind. False. He ignored our calls and emails, and never took care of the mess. I would have appreciated him being honest and telling us too bad it was our problem since our realtor also let the seller get away with the issues left behind, but he didn't. I frankly would not trust buying/selling a home through ERA Doty if the broker can't be trusted to keep his word.

Our house has been listed for 2 months and the only activity it has had is from other realtors…read more When we've inquired about the lack of activity, the response has been "sorry we have been really busy" followed by an explanation of how their company is having a record year and is the best in town, leading to more frustration on our end (if you're really the best, prove it!). It's obvious they care about their numbers because, as the customer, that's what I feel like... just a number.
