This pertains to the Crystal Media Shops at the Barcelona Airport (BCN)…read more I was defrauded of $20 Euros by the Vodafone sales person in this shop. I wanted the 35 Euros plan for more data. Instead of selling me that plan, the sales person LIED and enrolled me in the 15 Euro plan and then charged me for some 20 Euro "PROMO2120". He told me that in one hour I must call *565*2# and the plan would automatically be upgraded to the $35.00 plan. He was lying. I believe his instructions to do this in an hour were based on his belief that anyone arriving will be out of the airport in an hour and won't know why it isn't working. This man is a crook!!! I can see from the other post here that another person fell victim to this too. I am sure there are thousands of additional travelers that experience the same FRAUD and never left a review here. I went to Vodafone and they confirmed that this man defrauded me. They told me to go back to the airport to file a complaint. Given that there is a known crook working in this store, I suggest you do not buy anything fro Crystal Media Shops!
