I made an appointment well in advance for multiple pedicures, two adult and two children. They were not busy when we arrived but we were rushed through and each of us were done in less than 35 minutes, the children less than 20 minutes. No soaking, no foot scrub, no lotion, no warm towels! I was literally in shock. Further, there was a large sign when we had walked in about cash only on Sundays, which came as a surprise. I asked the cost and made sure we had enough to cover them all. Since we would've been a little short, they offered to let one of us use Venmo. The whole situation after was awkward. So after the most lackluster and awkward pedicures, we paid, and my SIL who was using Venmo was told to only put "TY" for "thank you" in the comments and nothing about nails. Not only was the whole experience completely lacking, I paid the same $55 cost for the children as I did for my own pedicure. Most places I typically go do not charge the same rate for children and I'm just so shocked at how much they charged for pretty much just painting our toenails. If I could give 0 stars I would. I can't imagine running a business and being okay providing that level of service and charging the "normal" amount. read more

Clean, friendly, reasonably priced. You never feel rushed no matter how busy they are. I typically make an appointment and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes. This place is terrible. I was told once to make an appointment and I wouldn't have to wait long. Well I made an appointment and they took a walk-in over me. They won't refund my gift certificate for $100 given to me by my husband because they said they don't have to. Well not even sure where to start, this place should be shut down! I will be calling the health department tomorrow when they open! I took my daughter and her friend, both are 15 year olds, today to get full sets today. Apparently while doing my daughters friends nails the nail tech went and threw up in the bathroom for over 6 minutes and afterwards there was no sink noises meaning she didn't even wash her hands after puking for 6 minute. This is unbelievably in itself and absolutely disgusting! But my daughter's friend being young continues to let the nail tech finish her nails, so lucky that wasn't my daughter or I would have definitely gone back to the salon. So the last straw was they were each charged 90 dollars for a full set of nails! what a scam of a salon! I believe the state needs to look not only into their health codes but sales and taxes too for the cash sales. read more

Do I have to give ANY stars? Service and quality is terrible. I called for an apt in advance, was asked if I could wait 45 mins from the time I wanted, I agreed and then proceeded to wait an additional hour there! First red flag, I should've left then! THEN they proceeded to grumble while doing my nails. Their swatches were mislabeled, put the wrong color on my nails, then they argued with me when I pointed it out on the first nail! They claimed it looks different because my nails too short..then said it's just the style just looks different etc.. no, it was clearly a totally different color. When I pointed out in the swatch ring the identical color they mistakenly put on my nails, the guy went over and checked the bottles and realized they were mislabeled. After all that drama, they continued to mess things up. I had had enough and just wanted out at this point, so I went to check out with nails that are anything but professional looking... and had a rude awakening at the checkout too. They nickel and dimed me for my nails and my 8 year old daughters! Tacked on $25 extra for my daughter's "nail art" plus $5 extra for shaping her nails ...and that's on top of the $50 they charged for her nails= $80 for an 8 year olds nails?! BS. Then for me they did the same thing- $40 for a fill+$10 for "nail art" (running a magnet along the sides of the magnetic cat eye polish? come on). Absolutely ridiculous. My nails are inconsistent in color, my daughters are different sizes.. and for the 2 hour wait, stress arguing with them to just get the nail swatch I picked out, the rude attitudes PLUS being Overcharged - never again! DO NOT GO HERE, you've been warned. Ps-they told my daughter to stop breathing! Blamed her for messing up. :-( read more

Went into this salon for the first time. Ended up screwing my nails up then refused to fix them. Not only that but she was (Julie) yelling at me to go back to my normal salon if I didn't like it. We had a few words. She was screaming at me as I left. There were numerous people outside the salon that heard her. They were all staring at us. Bet not one of them will be getting any services done there. This is the absolute worst place I have ever gone to get my nails done. I wouldn't let them paint my dogs nails. read more

Got a pedicure and they cut a huge gash off of my toe with a cheese grater and it started bleeding profusely. They put my foot in the water to try to stop the bleeding (it didn't work). They ended up putting Vaseline on it to make it stop...not sanitary. The nail polish on my toes came off within a week when it always lasts a month. I got a manicure as well and they made me bleed all around my nails. They were not very kind and did not give me any sort of discount for all the bleeding. Note: I have never bled getting a manicure or pedicure before. read more

I went here for a manicure and spa pedicure here with my daughter. Inside, we found four spa pedicure chairs and four manicure chairs. They had four people working, and when the traffic started to pick up, they called for backup and another worker came in. The place seemed clean, and the people working were nice. They seemed to already have a few "regulars", who they recognized right away and greeted like old friends. I can safely say that my french gel manicure is the most well-done I have ever had. The attention to detail on the application of each coat of the gels was impressive, and I think they really did a better job on the gels than I've ever seen. Usually by day three, I can perceive some peeling of the gel polish at the corners of my nails. Often, since I favor the french manicure, I can also see imperfections in the transition to the white tips. In this case, after a full week, there was no peeling at all, and the transition from clear to white tips is perfect. They now have personal gel dryers with timers. I like those a lot more than the ones they had before because I think my fingers got a lot less UV exposure that way. After the additional charge for gels and the french tips, the total per person before tax and tip was $55. read more

Moving means looking for nail tech's that you can trust NOT to do this to you.. I am not one to just see a nail salon and "take my chances". I read hundreds of reviews on all the platforms. My time and money is valuable and so is the fact that these are my HANDS. On google, yelp, Facebook etc I found this place that had 4 stars and higher with a combined hundreds of positive reviews. Seems promising. I called ahead and confirmed they were available for a dip removal and acrylic set. When I sit down she asks what I have on, I tell her dip powder clearly restating twice and confirming what the plan was. She starts cutting the extensions off and proceeds to pry a nail tip under my dip ripping off the top layers of nail with the dip. As I was clearly in pain she starts the second one the same way and asks if it hurts and I clearly state "yes.. this should NOT be this painful." I have consistently switched between dip and acrylic for 4 years, this bring so painful is not acceptable nor had it ever occurred. She continued to proceed to cut down the extensions WAY to close to my nail bed for comfort and ripping off my nail. Nail 3 is now bleeding and I said again this should not be painful like it is. She gets a very "I know what I'm doing attitude" after that she goes to my next hand where she pays zero attention and aggressively clips all the way down into my nail bed on my thumb. Clearing bleeding now on both hands she finally decided to put some evident built up anger she was taking out on my nails, aside and apologizes. At this point she is continuing to cause extreme pain in the removal process, disregarding my communication of pain and discomfort (also blood is a good sign from multiple nails). I asked if I can just not start the acrylic process and requested she gently just get the pieces of dip/nail I had left off. She proceeded to foil wrap with an acetone cotton ball around my thumb (the correct way to remove dip powder) but now on the only one with dip still on it. She kept saying see this takes longer then the way she chooses to do it (which I'd rather be Patient for then to soap then not be able to use my freaking hands from so much pain now). She continued to first tell me my thin nail is the problem (thin nail or not, which they weren't compared to the past years, I don't think the answer to any solution is to clip into my nail bed, literally rip off dip powder or really to do any of the removal process how she did), then she said it was my prior nail tech, hell she may have even blamed my genetics at one point, just as long as it wasn't her fault. She offered on two occasions while waiting on my one nail to soak, to make my nail "pretty again", "do a manicure", or put polish on them. As politely as possible I declined and she got an attitude toward the fact that I did not have any trust in her to do anything with my nails. It takes A LOT for me to speak up about discomfort, pain or dislike in situations like this. It took a lot for me to say something and the fact that I had to continue to and my result is what it is, truly is disgusting. Leaving with my nails looking and feeling as they do, yes I still paid her for the removal AKA butchering. I have NEVER experienced such a traumatic, painful, disrespectful, unprofessional, or botched situation at a nail salon in my entire life (among many salons throughout different states and even countries). Wow.. now I am left with this outcome that is truly so so painful to touch anything. The air passing by my hands is painful. I am literally shocked this experience happened. read more

It was a gorgeous space but quality and attention to detail was awful. Expensive and worst manicure I've ever had. Gel manicure was nothing short of a mess! I had bubbles in the layers of polish and shellac on my skin around my nails. When I asked her to fix the fact that I had my skin under my nail stuck to my nail she seemed annoyed and said that's how it is with shorter nails. Which has never been the case all the other places I have gone. She didn't file them or clean them up at all. I am never one to complain or even write reviews on here but wouldn't want someone else to waste their money on this. They rushed us through the whole experience and in doing so did a really sloppy job. A day later my polish is chipping everywhere and I will not be returning. Being fair, it may have just been the technician I had though my friends have had similar experiences as well. read more

Post COVID-19 review. We were visiting from California and were in desperate need of a pedicure. I called to verify they were open and the gentlemen who answered the phone was very informative and polite. He even offered to make an appointment for us. When we arrived at the salon there was a short 5 minute wait. The salon was clean and set up for social distancing. All the technicians except for one was wearing a mask. Our service was great, I did have to ask my nail technician to wear gloves as she was about to start my pedicure without gloves. That's the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Other than this everything was perfect and our toes couldn't feel and look better. read more

Getting a mani pedi is a bit of a treat for me. So it's disappointing to spend $70 on nails and have them looks like I painted them myself. My non chip was messy so they had someone else come over and try to repair it but still looks kind of bad - bumps, uneven, didn't paint up to my cuticle. Pedicure was messy too. The girl clearly was not experienced. I wish they would have offered a discount or something when they saw what she had done. read more

My sister and daughter and I were able to get pedicures on a Sunday afternoon on short notice so they are accommodating as well.
