The only reason I am providing one star is because they did fix my nail. However, from the moment I came in both the technicians who were there acted as if I was below them, speaking to me as if I was a burden. I asked for a fix because a nail had broken (not put on from this salon) and the others were still fine. They said cash only, I said ok at sat down. Let me say at the time I walked in, no one was waiting and they each has someone. I was willing to wait because I understand appointments, but this was uncalled for. My problem was more than the way they spoke to a customer. In addition to their poor communication skills the lady that fixed my nail said "I will put it on and you paint it!" . I had obre white and a light pink, I go to a nail salon for a reason. Moreover, she did not prep my nail before applying the acrylic and I shaped it myself. Then as she came back I said do you mind putting some white on the top and she was completely rude and disrespectful saying "I told you, I will Only put the nail on!" At the end she did end up putting some pink, then as she walked away said 10 dollars. I have a few suggestions to you guys. #1- if you're too overwhelmed please refuse to serve the customer (nicely), what you did was uncalled for and completely disrespectful. #2- Do not be rude and assume that bc the nails were not done to your standard that the customer did their nails on their own, therefore telling them to paint their own nail. I was shocked!!! And #3- take pride in your business, show people that you genuinely care about what you do because at the end of the day you're a service with paying customers. My daughter scheduled a nail appointment for her birthday. The woman doing her nails was rude beyond belief, didn't give her the nails she asked for (easy French tips but), filed them poorly, and applied half of them crooked. Even saw another customer whose finger was bleeding because the nail tech was negligent. And this place charged more than other nail salons she's been to ($85 vs $60-75 elsewhere). i have never gotten my nails done and after going here idk if i want to deal with going to other nail salons again bc of this experience (my memory is also fuzzy from this btw). They quoted me 55 originally for medium length acrylics and then when I wanted to add gems they bumped up the price quite a bit and the lady I had didn't push my cuticles back so they were uneven. Overall the service is good and it was quick but a little bit too expensive for my liking. read more

This is my 1st yelp review ever, but my experience was so bad, I felt compelled to sign up and write a review. They flat-out lied about the price for a mani-pedi ($40 instead of the advertised $35), and when I asked them why it was more than advertised on their sign AND their website, they said the advertised price didn't include polish on my finger nails! Since when does a manicure NOT include polish?! I was such an easy mani-pedi, with no polish on toes or fingers to remove, which is typically included (as is polish!). My feet were in pristine shape (as I do a mini-pedi at home daily after my shower), with nothing to do but polish. They wouldn't budge on the inflated price, even after I argued and pointed out that they didn't have to remove any polish (which is half the work!). The manicure didn't include paraffin wax or even lotion/hand massage/cuticle treatment. It was the most basic mani-pedi I've ever received, and I've received them from coast-to-coast, all with polish INCLUDED. I told them that I would not be returning and I recommend that you don't go there either unless you're in the mood to be lied to, laughed at and condescended to for absolutely nothing. I had a nice banter going with the girl who did the mani-pedi, so there was no reason for them to randomly decide to treat me poorly. It saddens and disappoints me that people feel they can so flagrantly rip off honest, kind individuals for nothing, but at Crystal Nails, that is exactly what happened. I went in serene, wanting to do something nice for myself, and it turned into a sad and disappointing experience. I would give them zero stars if that was an option. read more
