I called nail art salon this morning to make an appointment and was told they don't take…read moreappointments on Fridays or Saturdays. I asked if there was a wait, and they told me there was no wait if I came right away. I drove 2.3 miles and arrived in less than 10 minutes, only to find the salon completely full of customers. It's hard to believe that many walk-ins came in during those few minutes. Rather than wait after being told there wasn't one, we took our business across the street to Blue Nail Spa. They were honest about the customers they already had, and despite that, they seated us immediately. I appreciate businesses that value their customers' time and communicate accurately.

The nail polish was old leaving my nails streaky, he also missed half of my nail it looked horrible. It also peeled off a few days later. The second time I came I just needed a soak off they just used the drill machine not even using nail polish remover and then charged me $20 for it.

Update- My big toe is still sore to the touch 20 days after…read morethe pedicure. Be careful that they don't dig at your toe! I won't be back. This has never happened to me before. I didn't have an ingrown nail either.
