the nail shaping was good , but shellac was not clean and I feel like they have had to be more precise for around nails.at first I asked for a French manicure but it got mixed with the base colour and when I said I don't like it they changed their behaviour and got mad.I told them I don't like and you have to do sth that I am happy with, so she said If you want I can only remove the French part and you go with the plain colour,I wish they have apologised and accept their fail and do tag but they act badly and the other girl at the cashier told me if you don't like nobody else can do it means don't come again! I told the woman that I like the shape but shellac is not clean and even white French residue is still on my nail and you have to fix it but they didn't pay attention! I'm really sad for their behaviour and also unclean shellac ! I will never go again because of their attitude! read more

Hi there. I want to start by saying that I've been to the Nails salon before the first time I went I got a pedicure done. The girl did a good job with the dischallac however the massage and the bottom of my feet she did not do properly. I gave this place a benefit of the doubt. And went back again the other day. When I walked into the salon the owner was sitting at the first table I've noticed when I was there before that everybody was always going to the owner now when I walked in I was happy that I was going to get my nails done by the owner of the salon. She ended up passing me over to a different lady and explain to this lady that I needed my nails removed is shellac and to get a new shellac manicure when she did my nails I was there for over an hour. I've noticed a day later that all my shellac is lifting and it looks like my nails have been done for the last two weeks I'm not really happy with the results and I don't normally make reviews but I feel that I was passed down to a lady that had no idea what she was doing. I went to the salon the lady was nice , she did my nails a little poorly . From far they look ok, but if u touch and feel the surface of the nail it's really lumpy she did not put the acrylic powder on properly the surface of my nail was lumpy after. My nails were rushed . I go to this salon regularly to get my bio gel and shellac manicure done. The regular ladies that work here are amazing. I always get compliments about my nails by strangers, family and friends. I am taking off one star because i went there today and the regular ladies that I go to were really busy and there were several people waiting before me so I allowed the man that works there to do my nails. He didn't do my nails up to the standard I have come to expect from this establishment. He rushed and because of that he ended up cutting me with the tool they use to take off the shellac. I was bleeding and my finger stung for a few hours after I left. The shellac application wasn't as good as when the other ladies put it on either. If you go, insist that one of the ladies do your nails because the man is unprofessional and not very good at doing manicures. read more

I actually went here first because my husband went for a pedi. The fact that he went at all, then went back truly shocked me. So I gave them a try and was very pleased. They were very friendly, accommodating, and did a great job. They did an excellent job on my pedi, and included a lengthy and luxurious massage on my feet and legs. Heaven! The price was very reasonable and I now consider this my regular spot. Completely unimpressed with the treatment I received here. Had both my eyebrows and bio gel nails done. Eyebrows were decent for the price but disappointed on the job by 2 different people on my nails who apparently took shifts. Felt like both my friend and I were being made fun of the entire time as they all spoke in their language and laughed. Would not return here. read more

I've been coming to this nail salon for 3 years now and have not a problem. The regular ladies are very nice and welcoming and always do a great job. I usually come once a month for waxing and a mani shellac and pedi with my sister. My only complaint is the new male member. I got my regular manicure shellac early December by him since the place was busy as it usually is on a Friday. He was very rude in the sense he kept insisting I get bio gel even when I declined politely numerous times. I had asked for 4 uv gel nails as I had broken 4 of my real nails and got confused in the process and applied bio gel instead. I had to pay for this extra cost and plus during the whole process he constantly kept asking personal questions and would respond rudely. I now go here once a month just to get waxed and an occasional pedi. This place is great though I recommend you ask for one of the other workers. read more
