Do not use this service! I am very dissatisfied with Crystal Springs. For our first delivery, they left the water on the street, 600 feet away from my house in a puddle of mud. After multiple attempts to have them return and deliver it to the door, they did not return and did not refund the delivery fee. I had to drive my car to pick up the water and wipe all of the mud off upon entering my house. After communicating that we wanted monthly services multiple times, they sent another shipment of waters the following week and again left the waters on the street. Now we have to pay for 6 additional bottles that we did not order. I contacted customer service again about this and they scheduled a pick up- which was never completed. They keep pushing the pick up date and will not issue a refund. I cancelled the service and will not be ordering here going forward. Customer service is abysmal and the worst I have ever experienced and has to be a scam that they refuse to refund you for things that you did not order. They will not even pick up their OWN bottles so now I have 12 bottles that they are holding my deposit fee hostage as well. read more

We have used Crystal Springs for years, now owned by Primo. For the second time, our cooler has leaked badly, saturating our carpet. I spent 50 minutes yesterday morning on the phone waiting for someone to pick up and finally hung up. It took 1 1/2 hours yesterday afternoon to speak to someone. They tried to make us wait for the replacement unit until our next delivery in 4 weeks but didn't want to wait that long so they now said they would bring it in a week. I don't think that's sufficient but I have no choice but to wait. They have joined up with several other companies and their customer service is greatly lacking. Of course, they won't come out and dry out our carpet either. When I asked the rep if he thought it was okay to make a customer wait on the phone for an hour and a half to get resolution, he made every excuse he could. I haven't received a water delivery in over 2 months (despite being schedule for every 2 weeks). At no point during that time did I receive a single phone call about why. Deliveries get scheduled but no one shows up and there is no phone call or text. I've requested numerous call backs from the distributor but all I've received is absolute radio silence. It is, quite literally, the worst customer service I've ever had. I don't think I've ever experienced such a willful disregard for paying customers in my life. Not only that, but I'm a new customer (since January)! I have no idea how you can run a business like this. To anyone looking to use them I say absolutely avoid this distributor. Absolute nightmare company to deal with, DO NOT use them! Unfortunately my fiancé passed away in December, so the service has been stopped, but it has been nothing but issues with them. I have been given now 4 pickup dates, but no one ever shows up. They tell me to have everything outside ready to go, so I haul it all out, then haul it back in. I have to keep calling and emailing them, telling them that no one came to pick up the equipment, and they just tell me that it's scheduled for a day farther out, without reason. They last responded to me over a week ago to tell me that they have "notified the Route Manager in your area to ensure appropriate action is taken", and "be assured this will be resolved in a timely matter". Again, nothing. I called to speak to a rep again today, and she said she can't get through to the branch, and just told me another random pickup day next week. I've let them know that the 7 bottles and equipment just live outside now, and clearly they do not care. Not only am I alone and dealing with the death of my partner, and moving across the country, I have to deal with something so ridiculous as a water delivery company that refuses to help me. My deliveries have been extremely unreliable since my service switched from Health Waters of PA to Crystal Springs. My water gets delivered on schedule less than half of the time - no exaggeration. Currently, I've been without water for 3 weeks and my delivery date has been changed 4 times. No one has contacted me about any of these changes (I always have to reach out). Alright, where do I start? 1st let me tell you it is a huge shame that this company still operates, it shouldn't have partnered with Costco if they don't have the logistics to service their customers. I got the subscription through Lawrenceville Costco NJ. in the few months I had this service, I rang the call center more times than I called my parents. horrendous service, hundreds of broken promises. My deliveries are skipped without notice for 2 months straight(5 deliveries). I have to talk to reps for hours to just check the status, They charge me for the delivery that they did not make. empties waiting for pickup for 2 months outside my apartment door I can go on and on. Calling to check the status of the delivery became a part of my daily routine. Every time I call, I even offer to pick up the water myself from the branch and the Rep says we will let the branch and they will contact you soon. after many attempts I still don't know when my next delivery will be, no way to cancel my subscription easily and I am paying rent for the cooler which is a waste of space in my kitchen without the water cans. If anyone is tempted to get their water delivered in NJ through this company, please look for alternatives it is not worth your time and energy dealing with this poorly run company/branch. You deliver one of the most essential things for a person to survive and you skip 5 deliveries straight without notice and on top of it, you charge me for an order that you did not deliver. It took 5 calls for them to fix the bill. They were so apologetic that they even took money off. Great. The next water delivery bill was wrong again. I called several times again to fix the bill. Im still waiting for this to happen. Then I found a case of sugar on my doorstep and had no idea where it came from. Finally realized it was from them cause I saw they billed me $27!!! The bill was never fixed and they decided to bill me for the sugar and never got my credit from the last bill or the bottles I returned. I am on hold as I type this because they have no answers for me and cant even speak to a supervisor. Im done! I didn't want to put a rating because there is NO SERVICE, but it is required. I was a customer for several years-- no issues. For the past 6 months the service has been non-existent. Multiple missed deliveries, deliveries to the wrong address, leaking bottles that caused water damage to my hardwood floor. So, I discontinued service and requested pickup for my 7 empty bottles. I have placed these bottles outside NINE TIMES and each and every time the pickup day gets changed without warning and never happens when they are scheduled. I would throw them out, but I am due the return of my deposit. After 7 missed pickups, I got a call at 7:15 am on a Saturday morning saying the driver was at my house for the pickup-- with no warning (we were out of town). Wait online for 30-45 minutes to speak with a nice person who has NO idea how bad the company they work for really is. No supervisors ever reach out, despite multiple promises that the problem was 'escalated'. I am very disappointed in the customer svc if, you could call it that. The company sent 12 bottles to my home when I requested 2 bottles bi-weekly. The company didn't send any billing statements in a 5 month period. then tried to charge me for services not used. The company sent my invoices to a collection agency trying to force payment that was the first time I realize there was an issue. I am beyond frustrated with this company. Since signing up for their delivery service in 2021, I have had nothing but problems. I get notices that my water will be delivered and it never arrives. It seems that they have completely abandoned my office building and just won't admit it. I have to wait over an hour on hold with customer service and they tell me that they will have the "regional manager" call me, but that never happens. I am often left with no water at all. Why am I paying to rent a water cooler that I can't use half the time because there's no water? The worst part is that there are no competitors to Crystal Springs in my area. I need to cancel my service but know that it will take hours to get them on the phone and months for them to pick up the empty bottles and water cooler that will be sitting in the hallway of my office building, creating conflict with my landlord and neighbors in the other office suites. Completely Unreliable Water delivery service, they skipped my 2 back to back biweekly deliveries. On calling them back they keep you in wait for more than 40 minutes or so and answer saying that water will be delivered in 2 days and that is a lie. Don't take your customers for granted. How many chances do you give a company? I'm not sure this is the same office, as I am in the Drexel Hill area. Do not go with this company. As the other reviewers stated, when you call the call center (which is in Florida) they are pleasant and make promises that are not fulfilled. I am a teacher and frequently I don't have time to make calls during the school day and if I do have time, I should not have to be calling over a luxury like water delivery. My delivery is often skipped and then magically appears, after I bring in my empties. This time was the last straw- the biggest concern is that I have a shared vestibule with 3 other apartments and an 84 year old neighbor- AS I TOLD THEM MULTIPLE TIMES. This last week: Tuesday- Missed delivery. Called at 430 to be told that delivery would be made that day. Delivery was not made, 6 empties left on my doorstep. Wednesday- Left empties on doorstep in case of delivery/pickup today. Called- customer service promised pickup/delivery for Friday. Empties left outside all day. Got a call from Route Manager/Branch Manager PROMISING they would be picked up and that he would call me. (No call and not entered in my account so when I called on Thursday, could not request that he call me again) Thursday- Bottles Delivered. On wrong day. Driver did not pick up empties bc I brought them inside for the safety of my neighbors. Called- Rep promised pick up on Friday, eespecially since I was leaving right from work for a weekend trip and would be away until Sunday and 6 bottles gives that away. Friday- get a call from my neighbor that bottles are still there. Called- Rep said changed to Saturday "for some reason" Saturday/Sunday- you guessed it. Not picked up. Since I was away, bottles were outside my door for the entire weekend. Putting my personal safety and the safety of my neighbors as they walk around the bottles at jeopardy. Monday-Called and spoke to a rep at 9am- immediately asked for call to be escalated. She asked for info first so she would know where to send the call. We speak, I ask again for a manager/supervisor and was given attitude that supervisor would tell me the same thing. I requested AGAIN a supervisor, given attitude again "are you sure?"- put on hold and then told that Supervisor is in a meeting and would call me back. Did not receive a call back. I pay my bill on time. We have a contract. I might not be a big account but I'm still a customer and I'm tired of being disrespected. I have cancelled my account and now a waiting on branch managers call. Call took most of my prep today at work and I will probably miss the call from the branch manager unless he calls during my 15 minute lunch. Annoyed doesn't even come close to how I am feeling- especially after being told I would have to pay a PICK UP FEE FOR MY DISPENSER, I would rather take it over and deliver it myself. and so it continues--- bottles weren't gone tonight (Tuesday). NO call from branch manager, attitude from customer service who says she doesn't have local info to give to me. I called corporate tonight. I just want it all gone. read more

If I could have given 1 star- for this horrible company that would have been still too good. In all of my years dealing with water service deliveries Crystal Springs is the absolute worst. I don't know why they are still in business. If you read all of the reviews going back to 2019 every single review is negative. I never chose this company based on their negative reviews but my former water service Health Waters merged with this company so my account was forwarded as well. The first 2 deliveries went well but as of last year everything has fallen by the wayside. The one thing this company is consistent with is canceling water delivery dates and rescheduling without notifying the customer of these changes. This happened to me twice in one week. When I called to speak to a manager as to why this is happening I get the runaround from customer service" Oh well the manager is on another call and will call you back shortly." I advise you all to look elsewhere for another service because this company is a big failure. Please read all the negative reviews because there are many across this website. As for me I am terminating this horrible service ASAP and to Crystal Springs please don't send me a response because the cancellation is already in progress.
