Horrible service since Primo has taken over. Send text messages saying delivery is complete, yet delivery was never made. Made an appointment to have them pick-up their equipment, they never showed up. Made a 2nd appointment, same thing. Called Customer Service, first person was useless, asked to speak to manager and SURPRISE he sounded just like the first person. Told them I don't play games find a real manger! Advised manager that since I knew the call was being recorded I wanted to make sure that he understood they had until Noon 12/3 to pick up their equipment and I did not want to see a charge for it. They tried to talk me into having a delivery and I said no. Wanted to know what could they do to make me happy, I said pick-up your equipment! Cooler was gone by 12:30pm 12/3! Would not recommend this company to anyone! Your change of ownership should not effect my service!! read more

Since the Primo purchase the company has been messed up in every way imaginably possible. They charge wrong pricing, they deliver different quantities than they bill, they bill different prices than they quote, they make random deliveries even when the delivery is canceled, they are stupid on the phone, no common sense at all, and when you cancel the account they keep delivering and charging, nothing they say or promise to do on the phone translates to what they actually do, it is an unimaginable mess. read more

So where do I start. I had good service for 3 years and all of sudden it went to crap. I signed up at Costco. So in Feb 2021 my order was postpone on the schedule date and I call and they said it will be delivered on Thursday. Nothing happen (No call from them or email stating that the Thursday delivery was cancelled.) I called and they said it will be here the Monday, Nothing happen. So I was fed up and told them to cancel my service. Its March now and got a email that i was charged for the dispenser which Im awaiting for them to pick up. I tried to log into my account but it was disabled and I had to start all over. I called customer "lack of" service and was told that someone put my service on hold and didn't cancel it. The person on the phone told me I can get a delivery for next Monday March 15, 2021. I requested 4 bottles and a new dispenser and ask if she was sure it was gonna come. She said maybe but I wanted a yes or no answer. We'll see what happens and if they will get rid of the fee for the dispenser. This delivery service is by far the worse I've ever had. They blame it on the merger from ready refresh to primo brands. But I had the exact same issues before the merger. They ALWAYS reschedule your deliveries without notifying you. For instance, my delivery was scheduled for Monday, didnt get it until the FOLLOWING Tuesday. This is a ongoing problem with this delivery service, no idea how they actually stay in business. And customer service... What customer service, they never answer there phones. I can't get anyone to answer the phone, I am unable to access the login portal, nobody will answer e-mails, yet they still charge my credit card each month (sometimes twice a month) and I can't recall when the last time someone was here to deliver... I wish I would have thought to check here before TRYING to start service with them! I also wish there was a ZERO STAR option!!! Terrible customer service!!! The driver was nice enough the first day (Monday) I sat home waiting on my water and water cooler delivery, but showed up with no cooler no water. Told me he would get one tomorrow. Gave him my phone #, never heard from him. Finally got a message at 5:30 on day 2( Tuesday) that he would be coming Friday...ok. Stayed home to wait, at 1:30 decided to sit in the living room to cool off from working outside. Literally 10 ft from my front door. At 3, walked outside, there sat the water cooler and 3 bottles in my driveway. Called customer service, they assured me that was not what was supposed to happen and they would make sure he came back out to set it up and make sure everything works etc...by 8pm, I had made several more calls, and decided I was done, told them to pick it back up where it was dropped off. THAT was LAST WEEK, this week, everything is still in my driveway, and they charged my bank account for 1st month's rental. The worst customer service EVER. Overcharged me, I can't get through on the phone, no response to emails. Don't sign up with them.

I saw the bad reviews and decided let's give them a try anyway. Big mistake. It started when they brought out a more expensive water cooler and said they did not have the one I wanted but I could get this one for the same monthly charge. I agreed to take it and on my first bill it was more expensive. When I called them they said they saw no record of the driver telling me I could have it for the same monthly charge. My first delivery did not happen on the day it was scheduled so I called them and they apologized and said they would set it up for another day. That day came and went and still no delivery. If this is how you treat a new customer that you are trying to went over you're not doing it correctly. They're coming to pick up my equipment and I will go with a different company. read more

I have been a customer for 20 years and the service I have received in the last 2 months is appaling. Water bottles were delivered and placed in the wrong area. Wrong amount of bottles were delivered. A driver was to pick up empty bottles the next day but never showed up. I called to have them pick up 9 full bottles and was told someone would be there on Monday, and because of the problems I was having my account would show a zero balance. By Wednesday no one showed so I decided to cancel my account. After a 45 minute hold I was told that no reference was made to pick up the bottles and it's their policy not to accept full bottles for return and that I will be charged for them. When I asked to speak to a manager I was put on hold for another 25 minutes and then told by the service clerk that he was still trying to reach him. Frustrated, I said I'd call the next day. In a few words nothing was resolved, I cancelled my account and told them point blank that I was not paying for the returns. Total time on this phone call to Crystal Springs was 2:05:09. Really poor service. This is Costco's home delivery provider and a real disappointment for me as a Costco customer. CS routinely scheduled and cancelled deliveries over a 5 month period. I ended up buying water at the grocery store. They still consistently charged me the monthly dispenser fee. I would call every month and they would say their "escalating my issue to the regional manager". It took almost a month for them to finally pick up the equipment. read more

This company is a real mess. A REAL MESS! Previously Primo had provided water service to my business. In March I suspended that service with Primo as a result of Covid shutdowns. Then Crystal Springs took over and the problems began. Crystal Springs is attempting to collect a bill that is not owed them. After countless hours dealing with the most inept customer service I have ever encountered in my 71 years, they have cancelled every appointment to pick up their equipment, at least 5 times! It would be one thing if my business were open, but I have had to make arrangements for someone to be present for Crystal Springs to pick up their equipment. And they never show up! And they refuse to resolve the "severely overdue" bill and the invoice threatens to send the $32 bill to a third party collection agency. It's not about the $32 dollars. I am sure that if I just pay it, it will lead to them to continue billing me for a service that was suspended in March, and officially terminated with Crystal Springs in July............. Wow. The only thing I hired this company to do is BRING WATER. Now, the hottest days of the year, we've had no water for a week. I have called them 6 times within 4 days and all I hear is "I do apologize for the inconvenience" which rolls off the tongue a little too well...as if they say it several hundred times a day. It's more than an inconvenience...WE HAVE NO WATER...IT'S OVER 100 DEGREES. How many times do I have to call just to get some water? I was told on day 2 that a supervisor would call me and that never happened either. Now I feel fairly certain that all my calls are being routed to the infinite hold channel. I should've read the reviews before ordering. They not only set me up incorrectly delivering ungodly amounts of water weekly, they also delivered the water to my neighbor's house so I would have to go get it and bring it to my house. They never stopped delivering even though I insisted that they stop until I call again when I have been through what I have. When I called to cancel service because of it they told me I would have to pay for it all, even the water I was returning. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
