Bret delivered my tractor to my home a day earlier than expected and went over all the features with me. I had a few things missing, and Bret took care of it instantly. Coincidentally, 1 week later, I happened to have a load of wood fencing fall out of the bed of my truck in front of the dealer ship in the middle of the intersection. So, I called Bret to see if he could assist me with a forklift. Unfortunately, the forklift was being repaired. But he offered to help me load it back on my truck. Upon purchase, we were assured that service would be expeditious and there were loaner mowers available if service took longer than three days. We were also told that Ag Pro would provide a complete replacement mower if service could not be completed in one week. Unfortunately equipment did what equipment did, and the mower was out of service last week. I know this happens with all brands. Not only were we told that there were no loaners available, we were also told that the replacement policy was "not a real thing". I would not recommend Ag Pro in any capacity. I need to purchase a second mower and a gator, but I will be doing this elsewhere. I ended up paying a significant amount of money to have my property mowed during this extended service period of over a week, and I still don't have my equipment back!
