In less than a week he returned with the mower... it has never run better! Starts every time with one turn of the key!!! And his fee was almost exactly one fourth of my first quote!!! So when my mower did nothing when I turned the key yesterday. I gave him a call. Friday afternoon, kinda laid around four I guess and he called me back immediately. I described the problem and he knew exactly what was wrong. I sent a photo of a particular part of my mower. He confirmed the problem told me how to fix it on my own and within minutes, I was back on the mower mowing the lawn. No charge, he was happy to help. Great businessman! Left it for repair. They called the next day to either spend near the cost of total replacement or pick it up. I paid the $35 service fee and took it home.
