Davis Vision members BEWARE!!!..My experience the office staff bills members of Davis Vision upfront out of pocket money at time of visit instead of using the contracted Davis Vision lab to benefit the member that pays their premiums. In the end, Crystal Vision receives money from insurance company AND collected money incorrectly from me with no regret until questioned and explains that this was a "MISTAKE" and "here is your refund." Hope this is a true MISTAKE and not is not how Crystal Vision handles all of Davis vision members.. I like Dr. Briggs as optometrist but the front staff and office manager are uneducated in insurance. read more

Love Dr Briggs and his girls. My late husband and I along with our children have trusted David and his staff for well over 9 years now. Being we are diabetics yearly visits are important to us. Sadly the past few years we have had a few issues with things that have arisen during our many visits, we are there for our exams, picking up our glasses and of course our adjustments and repairs and sadly this is a direct cause of his wife working at the office. Personal calls in the front that become loud enough to hear on more than one occasion, actually interrupting when the regular staff are working with the patients and just being rather brash and opinionated. Sometimes having your spouse being involved in the business can be a bad decision, I just don't have the heart to tell our wonderful optometrist. read more

Been going to Crystal Vision Center since I was a child with my parents, I always saw Doc Pensak until De. Briggs purchased the office. I remained as Briggs was sufficient, he could be rather arrogant at times but nothing to get me running. His staff over the past 7 or 8 years have been delightful, you begin to have a comfortable relationship and they know what you need and are willing to help in any manner. I purchase my glasses and contacts through them so visit the office often throughout the year. I went in for my annual exam the beginning of 2017 and asked why I had not seen Donna lately and I was told she "retired". I asked for Amanda and they said she was in the lab and I asked to talk to her. She came out to greet me smiling and when I asked about Donna, the original girl chimed in, I told her she retired. Amanda smiled and we went on with our business. Now I went in a couple of times throughout 2017 and began to see a lady by the name Becky,she is nothing short of rude and condescending, when helping me she stopped several times to have little jokes with other people even cutting me off during my speaking. I witnessed her speak very unkindly to an elderly woman who was having a difficult time hearing her. I was rather surprised that Dr. Briggs would put up with such a practice. I stopped in a couple of weeks ago to have my glasses adjusted and set up an appointment and when I asked for Amanda I was informed she no longer was there and she was fired! Now here is the only person left in that office that can adjust my glasses to fit me correct and she is gone, I asked for a copy of my prescription and I watched as two people searched in their filing cabinets it was clear the could not find my file. It is safe to say I will never use their services nor recommend them again. read more

Very disappointed in this place because I read good reviews about it. My wife ordered glasses in mid December and they were to be in the first part of January. We never got a call. We called the 2nd week of January and they didn't seem to know anything about them. After looking thru records they said that they must have gotten lost where the lenses are made and they would call when they found them. We never heard back. We called a week later and they said again that they would check into it. Finally by January 26th we called and they said they would be ready for pick up on the 27th. We were away so we went in on the 30th to pick them up and the lady said that the lenses weren't cut, could we wait 20 minutes for them. We had to watch our grandchildren and could not wait. Hopefully they will be ready when we drive 10 miles back to get them this evening! read more
