They offer an incredible selection of high-quality crystals -- everything from small, affordable pieces to stunning, museum-quality specimens. While chatting with them, they kindly invited me into their warehouse, where I got to see even more amazing options. It's not often that you get to see crystals on this scale at regular shops, and one of the best things about this company is that they offer great quality pieces at almost wholesale prices. I spoke with the owner, Mr. Kai, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He patiently answered all my questions about the crystals -- their quality, grading, and pricing -- no matter how many times I asked. Kai clearly has deep knowledge and passion, and he happily explained what makes each stone valuable and unique. The entire staff is also very friendly, and I really appreciated how family-friendly the atmosphere was -- kids are definitely welcome here, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The warehouse behind the booth is full of beautiful crystals that haven't even been displayed yet, and I'm really looking forward to seeing more of them in the future. I also follow their Instagram, where they often sell new crystals through live sales. Things sell out quickly there, so being able to take my time today and choose stones while hearing about each one was such a treat. Today, I found a beautiful fluorite that they kindly gave me a discount on -- such a great deal! As I was leaving, Kai even ran after me to give me a free bonus piece -- it was absolutely gorgeous and made me so happy! Even though it takes me about an hour to get there, it's 100% worth the trip. We ended up getting my engagement ring resized (two babies later the ring didn't fit lol), fixed a diamond that fell out of my halo, and got a new solitaire ring (both the diamond and setting from pro gems)! While we were here we ended up getting all of our rings cleaned as well. (Yay, thank you to the hubby!) My husband and I can be quite picky when it comes to big purchases like this but you can see from the 5 star reviews here that Patrick comes off very accommodating but trustworthy. We felt the pricing was reasonable when comparing to online prices and you can get your setting customized here. He was not overly pushy but also gave honest feedback where needed. He recommended going with a bigger ring size than I thought I should go with but ultimately that was the right call given hands swell in the summer and there's no guarantee I'll lose weight (I was telling him I'm in the middle of losing weight lol... maybe too optimistic on my end?) I feel like that could be a sensitive topic for some women but he handled it well with light humor. The customized ring setting takes 3-4 weeks and resizing with fixing a diamond in the setting took about an hour. We came in unannounced the first time and Patrick invited us back the next weekend where he was able to show me the diamonds I wanted in the different carat sizes and cuts I wanted. I would highly recommend checking out Pro Gems and working with Patrick for any future engagement rings, anniversary rings, or any fine jewelry in general!!

There are several verity of it, some with Dragon and Phoenix and some are Jadeite Cabbage by itself. The Toad with Jadeite Cabbage is the one that stands out the most. She was very friendly and informative. She went to point out her favor was the Toad with Jadeite Cabbage. She said the meaning is best among the items there. In tradition many Chinese believes in Feng Shui (the location of a house or items, supposed to have an influence on the fortune of a family). We also grabbed a symbolic Money tree and a decorated large egg. For the upcoming Lunar New Year decor. Be forewarned finish the friendly owner takes us in and explain bunch of items and she said not everything is good to bring home according to Feng Shui. Definitely recommended place to get some good luck decorations!
