I was in a rush, preparing for a 60th birthday party I was hosting, and didn't have a thing ready. Tyn told me to check out Little Shed and to ask for Amanda, and the rest is history! The moment I walked in, I was amazed. This cozy little shop has everything you could imagine -- beautiful decor, thoughtful gifts, and pieces that just make a house feel like home. Amanda was so kind and helpful, and you can tell how much love and care goes into curating every corner of this store. What makes this place even more special to me is that some of the decor I picked up for my great aunt's celebration is still with us -- even after she passed. They also have a stamp card too so make sure to ask about that. Parking is easy since it's in a large plaza. The store is on the 2nd floor and sign is easy to spot. (It looks like they used to be at the Plaza West Covina mall but they are not anymore. Just FYI: their address in La Puente is correct and is only 10 minutes from the mall) I love supporting smaller honest businesses. Their prices are very reasonable if you take into account how much international shipping and tariffs are these days so I think it's definitely a steal! I've visited other stores locally and prices are often marked up too much. I'm always wary about online stores as well because people sell a ton of fakes now and you never know if it's legitimate or not. Being able to see the product is always the safest method. I had a nice chat with the owner the other day and he was very sweet. He also threw in a couple freebies which I really appreciate! My wallet won't be too happy but I can't wait to be back again!

It is a trendy Asian lifestyle and beauty shop where you can find a large selection of toys, beauty and skincare products. There are also lots of snacks, beverages, and ice cream for sale! Totally reminded me of Ebisu in Japan when I visited there this past year. In terms of their beauty and skincare, there are products from Japan, China, Korea, and Taiwan. Definitely lots of sun screen and whitening serum products. As for toys and collectibles, there are wide variety of blind boxes, miniature collectibles, trading cards, and plushies. Lots of Japan imported snacks and drinks for sale. I was very intrigued with their in store claw machines and novelty toy blind boxes. They even have wooden musical boxes for display. They offer an incredible selection of high-quality crystals -- everything from small, affordable pieces to stunning, museum-quality specimens. While chatting with them, they kindly invited me into their warehouse, where I got to see even more amazing options. It's not often that you get to see crystals on this scale at regular shops, and one of the best things about this company is that they offer great quality pieces at almost wholesale prices. I spoke with the owner, Mr. Kai, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He patiently answered all my questions about the crystals -- their quality, grading, and pricing -- no matter how many times I asked. Kai clearly has deep knowledge and passion, and he happily explained what makes each stone valuable and unique. The entire staff is also very friendly, and I really appreciated how family-friendly the atmosphere was -- kids are definitely welcome here, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The warehouse behind the booth is full of beautiful crystals that haven't even been displayed yet, and I'm really looking forward to seeing more of them in the future. I also follow their Instagram, where they often sell new crystals through live sales. Things sell out quickly there, so being able to take my time today and choose stones while hearing about each one was such a treat. Today, I found a beautiful fluorite that they kindly gave me a discount on -- such a great deal! As I was leaving, Kai even ran after me to give me a free bonus piece -- it was absolutely gorgeous and made me so happy! Even though it takes me about an hour to get there, it's 100% worth the trip. This is truly a gem of a crystal shop, and I'll definitely be back again!
