I wouldn't even give this one star but through default it has to be given. I met this scammer at a public location with my mother and partner to potentially buy a yorkie. The yorkie is advertised as authentic full breed, healthy and up to date with its shots. From the moment we spoke, she seemed irritable, unstable, and very rude. We were asking questions as anyone would do through basic transaction and she was aggressive in her manner of response. She clearly had an issue with us asking questions and was trying to push the sale as quickly as possible. Although we stayed calm, she continued to act extremely rude and irritated. At one point we mentioned having equal concerns of being scammed and just wanted to make sure everything was as it is stated to be just to lighten the tension unnecessarily caused. Soon after she said she didn't want to sell us the puppy because she has had issues in the past with a similar situation that didn't work out so well for her, I asked her how so? Which she brushed off, but became frazzled and almost paranoid, and pulled out of the deal saying it's her puppy and she is choosing not to make the sale because she doesn't have a good feeling. We are taking it as a blessing especially after seeing that so many other people had similar encounters with this person, if not worse. It's unfortunate that people like her are still in business. STAY AWAY!! I wish I could say I had a good experience but Crystal was the WORST experience of my life! I highly recommend to stay away from Crystal and to PLEASE read her reviews on other platforms not just on here!! I adopted a cute little Yorkie from her in early November and unfortunately unforeseen circumstances happened to where I had to give her back to Crystal. All I wanted was her to go to a loving family. Last week we made arrangements to meet at a certain location. At the time I was also very sick and so when I got to the assumed location I realized it was the wrong one but only 10 min down the road from the correct location. When I called Crystal to tell her where I was, her demeanor completely changed. She literally went off on me saying I can't even follow simple directions it's no wonder I can't even manage to care for a dog (Mind you this isn't my first animal I've taken care of, my last fur baby was with me for 12 years until she crossed the rainbow bridge). At that point I was in complete shock honestly and was trying to tell her I could come to her because of the misunderstanding but she didn't want to hear that and proceeded to head towards me. When she arrived, I simply tried to ask her what the phone conversation was about and she then went off on me again, saying there's something about me that really annoying, that she didn't have a good feeling about me from the beginning, that I'm not all there... I looked at her and said you know what I'm going to pray for you, you are the one that needs a lot of help. She then took the puppy and before I could allow her to beat me down any further, I got in my car and left.... I was and still am in shock that someone could flip so easily from one personality to another... oh and because of how the phone call was, I felt the need to protect myself so I recorded our conversation once she arrived. As a Nurse with almost 20 years experience, to me it seemed as though she was on something, she was tweaking hard. I felt horrible because from not only being sick (which I explained to her) but to also make this decision in the first place, but I wanted to make sure the sweet puppy was going to have the best life possible. Of course this warranted me to look at non Facebook reviews (because she can take down any negative reviews on here) regarding her company and man oh man it's scary.... One review said she had threatened to shoot them and now I can understand that. I pray that the animals in her possession will be safe and honestly surprised she hasn't been reported for her erratic behavior. Oh and I didn't get my money back either, so knowing she could be double pocketing isn't right but that's why karma exists! One puppy became very aggressive and other puppy started eating stool, brought them to the vet who stated they see this behavior in animals from breeders who do not clean up after the animals promptly and have unsanitary conditions. One of the puppies has worms even though health certificate states puppy was dewormed. When we brought the aggression issue to sellers attention she became very unstable and aggressive. read more

Run, really fast and far from this business. Was sold two puppies, when we brought them home they started to get extremely aggressive towards each other, so I reached out to the breeder asking her to take the smaller of the two back, as I wasn't sure what else to do. She agreed without fuss initially, then started to give excuses why she couldn't meet. I responded in a respectful manner once a day over the course of three days, asking when we could meet because the aggression between the two animals wasn't getting better. Apparently she changed her mind; rather than plainly saying, "no", I received a barrage of unprofessional and increasingly insulting texts from her, among which was "deal with it". Add to that the initial well visit for the puppies indicated that they had not, in fact, been de-wormed as indicated on their health certificates. Nothing like potty training pups with wormy diarrhea! Add to the aggression a severe case of coprophagia, which according to our vet is often indicative of poor conditions and cleanliness at a breeders "facility". I feel bad for the animals under her care, she clearly cares more about money than their health. read more

Read the first persons review they summarized dealing with breeder perfectly. I was lucky that I read their review before I bought from her and questioned about health certificate. If you see the response WOW! You would think I were buying a pair of jeans from this person not a living being. Note if it doesn't feel right then it's not. I'd GIVE less! I pd. for a puppy during pandemic. $1,500 (plus deposit) - over a year later (with a million excuses from the owner) on why SHE can not pay me back. FACT IS - ON HER website the deposit is non-refundable. NOT the amount paid for a puppy NOT RECIEVED And she advised me that she'd give me an older puppy? So I am reporting her to SPCA, Humane Society, Better Business Bureau. And I have a Civil Attorney! SHE WILL PAY MY $ BACK for services NOT rendered. My boyfriend and I bought a puppy from CrystalsCreations, aka Crystal Robinson, on 4/26. He would be writing this review himself, but she's blocked him from her page. If you're impressed at her 5-Star Facebook rating, that's why. She has no bad reviews because she will block you as soon as you bring up any issues about your puppy or any inconsistencies in her messages and policies. DO NOT buy a puppy from her. She is a dishonest and unethical breeder that gives other breeders a bad name. My boyfriend and I have spent the last month going to the vet once, sometimes twice a week, to take care of our sick puppy and Crystal refuses to take any responsibility. A quick google search of "Crystal Creations Scam" will give you results on different pages warning potential customers of her shady practices. You'll mostly see a lot of people upset to discover that some of her "Pomskies" also have Klee Kai in their genes. She has since labeled some puppies in photos as "Pomsky X" but doesn't actually explain what the "X" means. She waited until our deposit was already placed and the day before picking up our puppy to explain that to us. We were caught off guard by this news, but she did offer to refund our deposit. But with our apartment and hearts already prepped for this new puppy, we opted to stick with her. She sent us the contract the night before meeting for us to look over and it was riddled with mistakes and spelling errors. The puppy's birthdate, money amounts, and health details were all wrong. Even Crystal's name was spelled wrong. As we went back and forth to get the information corrected and verified, she quickly became frustrated with us and told as one point that she didn't even need a contract and how much fun this was supposed to be. Forget the fact that she wanted us to sign a document saying we owed $15,000 instead of $1,500. According to her, these little details didn't matter. Hindsight is always 20/20 and looking back on our early conversations, there were very clearly red flags. With the current state of the world and COVID, we tried to be understanding of some irregularities. However, the first big red flag should have been when we asked to see the environment the puppies were being kept in. If you do even an ounce of research online about breeders, living conditions is one of the key things to see or ask about when looking for breeders. When we asked to see Crystal's, she became very offended and told us "this is actually the first time anyone has ever even approached me or even spoken to me like that" as if nobody had ever ask about this. That's either not true or Crystal doesn't care about who she is selling her puppies to. Crystal also assured us that the puppy was up to date on her vaccinations. However, after signing the paperwork and receiving the puppy's vaccination records, we discovered that Crystal had lied to us and had only taken the puppy to the vet after she received our deposit, the day before we were to pick the puppy up from Crystal (4/24/2020). Crystal did not take our puppy to the vet for the first time until 4/23/2020 when the puppy was already 13 weeks old. Because of this, the vet was only able to give the puppy the shots she should have gotten at 8 weeks. He did not give her the Bordetella vaccine, which is required by law prior to the sale of any puppy in the state of Florida. We do not blame the vet for this, as we called him to confirm that the visit on 4/23/2020 was the first time he had ever seen this puppy. On top of lying to us about the puppy being fully vaccinated, when we brought these issues up to Crystal, she accused us of being troublemakers and stated that she had no idea what shots puppies were required to get because she "is not a vet." She refused to compensate us for the money we were going to have to spend to get the vaccines puppies are required by law to have before sale (this is also when she blocked my boyfriend on Facebook to prevent him from contacting her). Additionally, our puppy was sick from day one. She had gotten carsick in Crystal's car so we did not notice how sick she was until the next morning (4/25/2020). Our puppy had diarrhea, itchy ears, and a hacking, phlegmy cough. We took our puppy to our vet on 4/27/2020, only to have her diagnosed with giardia, a bacterial infection causing the horrible cough, and a serious ear infection. We informed Crystal of these issues and she refused to take any responsibility for the health of the puppy she sold us. We pointed out that our puppy could have only gotten these issues from Crystal because we do not have any other animals and she started showing these symptoms immediately after we purchased her. Crystal accused our vet of scamming us even though our puppy had multiple symptoms to indicate she was severely ill. We requested that she pay for some of the medications and vet bills as we were going to have to spend hundreds of dollars getting our puppy healthy when Crystal had assured us that t read more
