The venue was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with plenty of parking and flexibility for our setup. They even allowed us early access to decorate, which made the day much less stressful. Jennifer was our main point of contact, and she made planning easy--from selecting the menu and desserts to adjusting our guest count and décor details. She was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The only hiccup was with two unplanned young guests (under 10) who arrived last-minute. The staff quickly added chairs, but we were later charged ~$310 for their attendance. I didn't see this invoice and was charged to the card on file while on our honeymoon. Though the charge was small in the grand scheme, it felt a little steep considering it was buffet-style and the kids were light eaters. Still, that was a minor bump in an otherwise smooth experience.
