The staff genuinely cares and makes a point to connect with both children and families. The facility is always clean and well maintained. My child loves it there, and I am very happy with the continued development I see. Even from an early age, I could tell they were working closely and providing strong support. Thank you to the entire staff!

From day one, it's been clear how much attention they put into maintaining a clean, healthy, and safe environment for the kids. As a parent, that peace of mind means everything. What truly sets them apart is how they go above and beyond to care for the children not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. The teachers genuinely know each child, understand their needs, and treat them with so much patience and care. Communication with parents is excellent. I always feel informed and included, whether it's daily updates, quick check-ins, or thoughtful conversations about my children's development. The curriculum is both fun and meaningful. My children are constantly engaged, learning through play, and I've seen them grow more independent and confident because of it. They're encouraged to try things on their own in such a supportive way. And the summer activities are an absolute highlight! The extra creativity, themed events, and fun experiences make summer truly special for the kids -- they come home happy, excited, and full of stories every day. I'm so grateful to have found a daycare that truly feels like a partnership in caring for my children. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a nurturing, engaging, and trustworthy environment.

Primrose Schools are wonderful in concept, and this one is also fantastic in action. I was so hesitant about leaving my baby girl... she is my first child, and I'm a total worrywart. But at Primrose Coppell, I know that she is getting the three most important aspects of childcare, to me at least: 1. Her basic needs are met. She is fed, changed, and given naps on a consistent basis, and those are all included on a daily report for me. This should be pretty standard for any daycare. 2. She is educated and encouraged to develop milestones. This unfortunately isn't provided at all care centers. At Primrose, children are read to, taught sign language, listen to music, venture outside in good weather, and care providers do little art projects like handprint paintings with them. You might think a three-month-old won't benefit from all of this, but studies show that the first three years of life is crucial for brain development and exposing them to all sorts of new experiences and education at this time is highly beneficial. 3. She is loved. I have seen many of the staff snuggle and play with, make silly faces until the babies smile, and generally delight in my child's and other children's interactions. I couldn't leave her with a cold, uncaring staff, but that does not happen here. I am a bargain shopper, so the pricetag is a little higher than I originally wanted to pay. However, it is 100% worth it. I haven't second-guessed this choice since Day One, and I love watching my baby girl grow and thrive in this environment.

Mixed Experience -- Some Good, Some Not So Great…read more Primrose has a lot of positives, like a clean facility, a structured environment, and some very caring staff members. The curriculum is solid, and it's clear they focus on learning and development. That said, there were a few things that could have been better -- communication wasn't always consistent, and at times it felt like there was a lack of attention to individual needs. It's not a bad place by any means, but with a few improvements in leadership and parent engagement, it could be much better. Overall, it's okay -- right in the middle for me.

The owner was condescending in his remarks…read moretowards me, but I am simply underwhelmed by this curriculum and its inability to afford his "team" the material or guidance necessary to adjust to our children's learning and development needs. While my background is admittedly very limited in this subject matter, I would be more inclined towards the Creative Curriculum (like our daughter's previous school) or HighScope. I also provided a critical review on another forum, and I was met with retaliation from the owner, demanding over a phone call to me that the post be removed. I was simply sharing my expectations, and how the academic standards fell far short of how our children were developing. The owner proceeded to publicly divulge private, personal matters in his response, and even sided with and made concerted efforts with the mother in an effort to diminish me, and dismissing my valid concerns. We had an in-person appointment on Friday at the school to discuss further, which I have now cancelled, because of this public demonstration of retribution from the owner himself. Is this the kind of place you want to entrust your child's development? The unprofessional manner in which the owner, the director, and the teachers all combined their efforts in order to denigrate me, especially on a public forum, is very concerning: a company was unable to handle criticism, and in turn, publicly shamed me as a parent.
