My older one started here during COVID and it has been a wonderful journey and now my younger one is turning 2..at the same place his brother did. From day one, it's been clear how much attention they put into maintaining a clean, healthy, and safe environment for the kids. As a parent, that peace of mind means everything. What truly sets them apart is how they go above and beyond to care for the children not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. The teachers genuinely know each child, understand their needs, and treat them with so much patience and care. Communication with parents is excellent. I always feel informed and included, whether it's daily updates, quick check-ins, or thoughtful conversations about my children's development. The curriculum is both fun and meaningful. My children are constantly engaged, learning through play, and I've seen them grow more independent and confident because of it. They're encouraged to try things on their own in such a supportive way. And the summer activities are an absolute highlight! First of all, I would like to appreciate to all the staffs at TLE. They have been really taking good care of my son, especially when I had an emergency surgery at the hospital last week. Honestly, before I took my son to TLE, I have been visiting 4 different daycares at Coppell. Comparing to other locations where I have been visiting, TLE is really clean and neat, the classrooms and playrooms are big, and the more exciting thing that they have so many wonderful activities at this daycare. My son's favorite day is on Thursday-splash day ! My son is going to turn 6 years old by end of August, but his speech is delayed. However, he has been attending there only for over 1 month, but he comes back home with surprises every day- his speech has been continuously progressing more and more, and I often hear from him with new words. In the morning when he wakes up, my son is always so excited to go to TLE. When the first day, I went there with my son for visiting TEL, and he had a free trial. When I asked him how was his first day, he told me, not good. I know he was joking with me, but Miss. Morgan was so nicely offered us to come and try one more day. I was really shocked by her nice suggestion that allowing my son and me to experience one more day to make our decision. Again, I am really appreciate for Miss Morgan's nice consideration. I believe that when the majority parents are looking for a daycare for their children, the most important thing we are looking for is safety. At TEL, I would like to rate their safety care is 5 stars as well. When there is even a little invisible incident occurs at their facility, the staffs will let me know when I pick up my son. I am so thankful for their honesty and their careness. Long for short, I personally HIGHLY recommend to the parents who are looking for a daycare where you and your kids can be both satisfied with a place like TLE. We absolutely love TLE Coppell! My daughter was taken good care of from her day one there. The staffs and teachers at TLE are very nice and considerate. Mr Seraj welcomes families at door every morning and can tell all the kids' names. I really like the programs they provide there, which can balance the playful and academic for children. Staff and teachers are amazing, facility is super clean and smells fresh every time I am there. All the kids seem genuinely happy and mine definitely is too. When we walked in on my kids first day, they greeted us and already knew the food preferences I had written on our enrollment paperwork weeks prior to starting. They add personal touches to every conversation and interaction and it reassures me that the care of every single kid there is extremely important. We are new to TLE, but in this first few weeks, I have been overwhelmed by the kindness of staff. Drop off and pick up are organized and both of my kiddos ages one and almost four are happy to attend, and busily occupied and happy when I pick up. I'm genuinely impressed with the care and concern given to my whole family (not just my kiddos). Mr. Seraj goes out of his way to decrease my stress by offering assistance with doors, greeting the family by name, entertaining my older son while I gather my younger sons things, and ultimately providing a level of flexibility around things like special diets, transition items and occasional scheduling challenges, and to top it all off, the communication is excellent. I am so pleased we found TLE Coppell and can say that even though making a change of schools can be a difficult choice, every point of evaluation has exceeded my expectations and our experiences at other schools. read more

It's true....it really takes a village to raise a child and who you choose for your child's care will impact their early development. I'm so thankful for all the teachers at TLE who have been so kind to us and most importantly love and care for my Nikhil. My son started at TLE when he was just one week short of being 3 months. I was filled with sooo much mom guilt and quite frankly very very very nervous about my decision. At that time, Ms. Amy was god sent for me. She really helped me a lot through the early weeks. From 3 months to now becoming almost 2 years in few weeks, Nikhil has been doing great on many levels.. All of his teachers through the various classrooms he has been in so far have been wonderful! Ms. Lindsey, Ms. Cheyenne, Mr. Siraj in the front are also great and always so quick to response with questions or concerns and have your child's best interest in their mind. Seeing Nikhil's development and how far he has come, TLE has changed many of my family members' and friends' opinion about daycares. My work situation has changed this year and TLE has become completely out of my way. I live in Euless and have many other daycare options near me but I drive 25 minutes back and forth daily to continue with TLE because the importance of who is caring for my child is worth that drive for me. I just have that piece of mind! My review is much longer than I anticipated but I hope it helps the next nervous mom who wanted to read as many of these detailed reviews possible. As I'm sure most parents are, my nerves of placing my child in a daycare setting were high. From the very first meeting to any I have currently, this school is always open to answering my questions and concerns. They made me and my son feel so comfortable. The owner has spoke with me in honesty and directness which I appreciate. The front ladies are so warm and happy to see my son in the morning. My son has been at TLE for almost a year now and I continue to be impressed each day observing the new skills he has learned. At almost two, he can count to fifteen, say almost his entire alphabet, formulate sentences, identify shapes, sing and perform coordinated hand motions to songs, practice good table manners, the list goes on and on. Aside from a well-rounded curriculum, all of the staff members at TLE know my son by name and greet him with love every morning. The Assistant Director, Ms. Briana, taught my son from the Infant class-Twaddler class before being promoted, and holds a special place in the hearts of many parents. My son is always happy and excited to come to school (he even asks to go to school on Saturdays and Sundays), and I love how both the teachers and the owner make a valiant effort to get to know each student and family on a personal level. Also, the Owner frequently checks for parent input/feedback, and actually listens to/uses it. If you have a Toddler, they are sure to adore Ms. Kim and her classroom. Ms. Kim has been with TLE for quite a while, and her class is full of busy, happy, well-behaved kids; come see for yourself! The facility is REALLY clean (I have toured other facilities that have a peculiar smell to them), the price is very fair for the high quality and nurturing care your child will be receiving, and there is a good variety of meals and extra-curricular activities offered. Currently, my son's favorite extra-curricular activity is Splash Day (where the students go outside and do activities/play in the water once a week during the summer months). I chose this child care facility after touring a few others in the area. Best price considering all that's offered. While my attending child is still an infant I was given an after hour tour of the entire building. A parent was late picking up on my date so the tour before me ran long but the director didn't want me to have to return the next day and personally gave me a tour. While there were some miscommunications the issues were promptly resolved. My infant loves it here. Smiles and practically jumps out of my arms once he realizes where he is. read more

TLE Coppell is not just a place to leave your child during the day, it is a home away from home. My two children attended TLE and I absolutely loved the owner, the teachers and all of the families we met during our time there. They were comfortable and loved everyday at "the Bubble school" (Bubble the Elephant is the school mascot). They learned how to socialize with their peers and they also learned manners and how to use them appropriately in a group setting. As an educator myself, I feel it is so important for kids to learn HOW to socialize and behave properly at school before they are introduced to the social setting of an elementary school. My Son and I absolutely love TLE Coppell! From day one, they have all been loving and caring towards my Son. Every Staff and Faculty member make an effort in getting to know every child. My Son, in fact, knows everybody's name and stops by every classroom to hug and say goodbye to each Teacher as he leaves school. Currently, he is in Pre-K and loves it! When I pick him up from school and ask how his day went, he surprises me with what he learns. My son has now been attending TLE Coppell for almost two years and we still love it. The teachers are great, well educated, well spoken, polite and very communicative (Ms. Leslie, Ms. Karen, Ms. Cassie, Ms. Jennifer and Ms. Elizabeth). My son is almost four years old. He loved school and looks forward to learning each week. He knows his letters, their sounds and has begun to read small words. He can also add and subtract numbers under 10....not trying to brag this is all because of his awesome teachers. The owner and managers are great. They have fun activities for the parents and kids. Once a month they host an after hours "parents' night out" to allow for much needed date nights. They even have free coffee set up for the parents in the morning. We love TLE! This place deserves a negative 5 stars! Please read my review before considering this place for your child! Huge eyeopener! Let me start off by saying I absolutely loved her teachers but it's the lack of management that was a big concern for me. The director was removed and it took sometime before they hired another one. I thought things would start getting better but they got worse! The things they say during the tour is not what they follow! I do not want you make the same mistake I did for the past 7 months! The amount you pay in tuition is not the type of care you are receiving. Period! My daughter started going here when she was 3 months old. She had never been sick while I was on maternity leave and week 1 she got her first cold. Yes, I know it's good to start building her immunity but come on! While our time there, I had seen BABIES handled poorly by the staff. 1 staff member picked up an infant by the arm!!!! I reported this issue and basically found out they lack the proper training they should receive before going into the infant room. That was told to me by one of the owners! They are just putting any breathing body in that room with your little babies while their 'main' teachers are on break. The nursing room is in the bathroom!! How unsanitary is that?? Some days the toilet would be nasty and then here recently a major leak from the ceiling that basically just poured water the entire time I nursed my daughter. No rush on fixing the issue. I believe it took a few days before they even called someone out. The infant room was constantly freezing, not sure if that was the reason why my daughter had a constant issue with either a stuffy nose or runny nose. Some days my daughters nose was being wiped with either a paper towel or toilet tissue. I started supplying the class with tissues, so my daughters nose wouldn't be rubbed raw by the end of the day. This is uncalled for as I pay tuition to cover this cost. My daughter got 2 cases of pink eye. Literally one day after I witnessed the mother stating to put breastmilk in the child's eye one morning and the very next morning my daughter woke up with pink eye! I also saw one child throw up all over the teacher and showed signs of being ill. Well, that child was in class the next morning. The center doesn't follow their sickness policy so your child is exposed to anything and everything. My child caught Roseola the last 2 days she was at TLE. I heard it was going around the center for at least 3 weeks prior to my daughter getting it. TLE failed to notify or warn parents of this highly contagious infection! Again, lack of management. They are so concerned about making money instead of the wellbeing of the children which should be the #1 priority in my book. There is no stove on site, they make your child's lunch using toaster ovens and microwaves. There is no fresh fruit or veggies! I think it's safe to say they are feeding your children canned fruits that are packed with tons of sugar! When I toured this center, they clearly stated that they feed the children nutritious meals, well I seriously doubt that. It's probably more like school cafeteria food. During the 7 months my child was enrolled, I only witnessed 1 round of new batteries put into the bouncers and swings. I saw the teachers having to manually swing the swings and bounce the bouncers while tending to the other 7 children in care. Do they think teachers have all that spare time?! So cheap! Periodically they would host a silent auction for you to bid on your child's artwork! That is a complete joke! The children's hands are NOT washed after each diaper change, which is a Texas state policy! In the morning the toddlers and infant B kids all gather in the the infant A class before their classes are ready and those kids are walking around the 'no shoe' room with their shoes on! Shoes that have walked in parking lots, bathrooms and who knows where else! Your child is rolling and crawling on these floors and management doesn't think this is a big concern. I brought this issue up with them and they tried to follow the new policy but failed to follow through and kids were still wearing shoes up until our last day, which was the middle of this month. They will try to move your infant to the next infant group before your child is ready! They tried to do that to mine and I simply put my foot down. That was one of the main reasons we chose that place! We did not want our baby with the older kids, in fear that she would be walked all over. They are so concerned with moving kids up to bring in more kids instead of simply saying we are full. Unprofessional! read more

My son started here when he was about 7-8 weeks old and he is now 7 months. I wouldn't choose any other day care to take him to. The staff members are attentive and care about each individual child. No matter what classroom a teacher is from they all seem to take the time to get to know all the children and their families. I have read the reviews that were posted and all were good with the occasional negative one. But it happens. We are from south Florida and needed a school that would care for and challenge our son. I toured and interviewed a dozen places. TLE Is by far the cleanest, up to date and friendliest place I've been. The staff is very nice. I have had tons of questions as a parent and they are willing to answer and help. They have an open door policy and welcome questions! The staff cares about the kids and greets them with a smile when they walk in the door. Which is always nice when leaving your child for the first time at a new school in a new state! The curriculum is pretty cool! They are taught sign language and leave reading at a kindergarten level. Most kindergarten students aren't reading. Well at least not in Florida. The director and assistant directors are very helpful! Any questions you have they answer. They are a good team! The owner is a very sweet man! Every time I've seen him there's a smile on his face and has something positive to say! The place is very clean and taken care of. No place will ever be perfect and the teachers are human! If your employees are happy your kids will be happy. Take a tour and check it out. I enjoy it and so does my son! Not to mention they have an amazing play area upstairs! He loves it!! read more

I do not recommend this place for kids.Owner Mr. Seraj and his wife are greedy for money. The place looks new, but there are lots of safety concerns. Not enough staff to watch kids. Irresponsible staff. My daughter used to go there. One boy pulled her in play area, her lop broke. The attender gave her ice in gloves for swelling. They do not have ice patch. When I question about it, Seraj said we have, but teacher doesn't know where they are. Teacher said there were not ice patches. Because of irresponsible, I wanted to take him to the court, but his staff was good, hence I was not harsh. I took my daughter out from TLE, but he charged for whole month as bank information is in his file. Becare full with this greedy person and don't become victim. read more

My daughter has been going to TLE since she is 9 months old and the school had just opened. As a first time parent, we were little hesitant to send our kid to a newly opened daycare. But one of my husband's colleague sent his daughter there for 4 months and had only positive things to say about it. We initially started with a mindset of trying the school for 2 months and then re-evaluate. Within 2 weeks, we were sure that this is the daycare I want my daughter to be in. They had amazing teachers. In no time, my daughter would show excitement once she saw her teachers (especially Ms Brianna) which only proved that she was in great hands and is really enjoying her time. They even had a proper curriculum for kids as small as 1 year and every activity they did during the day was informed to parents through a written sheet. She is now almost 2 years and have been learning things pretty well. We just love the school! read more

We have been with TLE since April 2015. We had reviewed other centers around in Coppell area. Found this place pleasant and very welcoming. My child got a wonderful jump start with such friendly teachers and friendly staff. This was our first child and we were hesitant at first. We couldn't make up our mind to the drop our kid, but only after few visits my kid started to enjoy going and was eager to see her teachers. Although there were few hiccups with changes in teachers, they never fail to communicate and intimate parents about the upcoming changes and schedules of teachers. The teachers are well trained friendly and very warm in their nature. It's been more than a year and a half and we still do not remember if we ever had any complaints. All of our concerns were met with open arms and felt like out kid mattered to the day care. The facility goes out of the way to make kids and parents welcome with small creative things and which makes us engaged too. The current staff is so friendly and the owner actually cares about kids and the well-being of the facility and minute aspects of cleanliness. Now they have a new smartphone app in which we get a cute pic of our kid every day and live updates on what's going on with her at the facility(how cool is that). Overall this decision has turned out to be one of the best one after we decided to have baby..! I and my wife are totally satisfied with TLE and would recommend it to our friends and family. read more

My 5 month old daughter has been attending TLE in Coppell, TX for over a month now and she loves it. The facility is well kept and the staff is fantastic. Ms.Teresa, Ms. Quinn, Ms. Brandee and Ms. Karla in infant room are awesome with all the kids! I love that my daughter always has a smile on her face when she sees her teachers in the morning! I think this is NOT A SAFE PLACE for kids. A two thumbs up for the previous review which states that this place deserves a negative five star rating. My less than two-year-old son had been injured three times at TLE Coppell within a 3-week window, including a cut between his eyes--and an ensuing swelling. Nevertheless, for every incidence, neither my wife nor myself got any notice before we found out after picking him up. When we took him to the doctor the same day he got the cut, she was shocked to know that the school left him without any treatment even until his mother came to pick him up, and not to mention that they didn't notify us. Of course children get injured all the time, but as far as I know, it is any school's mandatory procedure that the parents should be notified of any such incidence. I met with the owner of this branch to complain and ask for the money back, but got refused with a very disrespectful attitude. The owner said he will do an investigation on his own and get back to me, but did not hear from him for days. So I called him, but after getting an uninformative feedback he hung up on me. Two weeks passed since we met and I never heard from him. My wife asked for a copy of the contract--that we signed when our child first enrolled--after the day we stopped sending our kid to the daycare but was told they need to see if they have it. What happened next? You guessed it! We didn't hear from them. It would be a serious issue if they do not have the contract in which the names and contact numbers for the parents/guardians are listed. The teachers seemed to be friendly, but the owner seems not capable of managing the place up to a standard level which I believe is required for the safety of the kids, let alone the disrespect for the parents/guardians of the students. Also, I was shocked by the least respect for his teachers, for during my conversation with him he called one of his teacher "the girl" rather than "Ms. Whomever." I am glad I stopped sending my child to this place and can't help thinking of what might have happened if he kept attending. The only hope I've got at the moment is better managed alternative daycares. read more

TLE is a really solid daycare. We've been there since the building was built a couple of years ago and it's as clean now as it was then. Throughout our 2 kids, we've been through 3 different daycares. We left the others due to turnover in the staff mostly. Our first kid was also consistently getting sick with one of the daycares. I don't think either of our kids have ever gotten sick while at TLE. That's a huge plus obviously when both parents work!! They seem to keep it super clean as far as I can tell. They've always informed us if there were any incidents (scratches/kids hitting/ falls/ etc.) The owner has ALWAYS been respectful and polite to us. He still asks about how my oldest kid, who's a 2nd grader now, is doing. I believe he cares about his clients, and the staff does too. There's been some turnover at times with the staff, but that also happened at the other daycares we've been to. TLE seems to be able to handle the turnover issue that plagues most daycares from what I can tell. Once again, they've been great for us I haven't always given reviews in the past, but becoming a business owner a few years ago has changed that, especially when I see a really negative review about a place that has been good to us. I don't know the story with the negative review below, except for what they wrote, and there's always 2 sides. I've found that people get pretty brave behind a computer screen and usually leave out facts to make themselves look better, and make the other party look worse. I find it hard to believe that the owner hung up on anybody unless that person was behaving like a jack-wagon. I don't know if that's what's happened here, but speaking as a business owner, it's happened to me. It really takes a toll on you mentally and it's a tough thing to run a business. I wish more people knew what the ups and downs were like. That being said, you have to deal with the good and bad situations, improve, and move on. I believe that TLE is a very safe place for for kids, and as equally important, they genuinely care about my kids. Also, I like the addition of the little complimentary coffee/breakfast setup for the parents. It's a nice touch, and helped me out today as I was running behind after getting the kiddos to school. read more
