I hired Patsy 11 months prior to my May 2021 wedding and she was there for me every step of the way. She took this lost little lamb attempting to plan a wedding during a pandemic and guided me all the way to my perfect big day. She was always available for calls, texts and in-person meetings including visiting the florist, the venue for the tasting, the rehearsal at the church, etc. On the big day, Patsy's perfectly crafted timeline was executed flawlessly. She was in touch with all my vendors the week of the wedding and everything went so smoothly. I'll never forget the moment before I walked down the aisle with my Dad and Patsy reminded me to "take a breath, soak in the moment and hold your flowers down." I met with Roxy to go over what I had in mind including theme, personal touches I really wanted, any plans for a location, how many people I wanted, and budget. She was very enthusiastic about what I had in mind and made me feel very comfortable about having everything I wanted included within budget, so we signed up for full event planning! Roxy helped us with the entire process from start to finish and am so thankful for her guidance, organization, amazing connections, and even better negotiating skills! From one-of-a-kind underwater photography for our save the dates, to lovely engagement photos, to gorgeous wedding day photography, we couldn't have asked for more from Vicky. Her work is beyond compare! She also introduced us to our videographer, Jose. I've never met someone who is so emotional about his work and goes out of his way to ensure every detail is captured. We are so happy with how our wedding video came out and still cry every time we see it. He did an amazing job with editing, song selection and capturing the vision of our spectacular day! We also decided on the photo booth. We had a photo of us on the actual prints so that our guests could have them as a keepsake. Everyone loved it and when I go over to friends and family's homes they still have them up on their fridge! I could go on and on about how happy were with everything. Just a little advice for those looking for a wedding coordinator, I know it can be difficult to open yourself up to other options if you have very particular ideas in mind.
