I'd been corresponding with Jamie about a month prior to our arrival at our Makena condo about carpet cleaning, but especially tile and grout sealing. It was so dirty because of not being cleaned since it was installed about 12 years ago. Jamie answered all my questions with quick responses by text or email. I moved into this house and discovered that the white tile floors were constantly looking dirty. It wasn't housekeeping, it was years of buildup on top of a "sealer" that was very difficult to remove. Jamie came in with all his tools, he is kind of a mad scientist, and worked his magic. The floors were actually white and after removing about a pound of gunk the floors looked beautiful. No more sticky coating. For Thanksgiving the floors were sparkling and I cannot thank Jamie enough. He also threw in a cleaning of my bedroom carpet at no charge. Got dirty floors or carpets?????
