I'd been corresponding with Jamie about a month prior to our arrival at our Makena condo about carpet cleaning, but especially tile and grout sealing. It was so dirty because of not being cleaned since it was installed about 12 years ago. Jamie answered all my questions with quick responses by text or email. He gave me a good idea of how much it would cost and it came in below what I estimated the cost would be. Thought we might have to reschedule because of work that was being done on the property, but Jamie volunteered to call the manager to see if there would be a problem with him working there. I moved into this house and discovered that the white tile floors were constantly looking dirty. It wasn't housekeeping, it was years of buildup on top of a "sealer" that was very difficult to remove. Jamie came in with all his tools, he is kind of a mad scientist, and worked his magic. The floors were actually white and after removing about a pound of gunk the floors looked beautiful. No more sticky coating. For Thanksgiving the floors were sparkling and I cannot thank Jamie enough. He also threw in a cleaning of my bedroom carpet at no charge. Got dirty floors or carpets????? First rate experience! This local company deserves a five star rating. Our appointment was easy to set up. Jaime and Craig came at our appointed time, looked at the job, discussed what they would do. The price Jaime gave us was very fair. They got right to work and a short hour and a half later our carpets were clean!! Yeah!! We had some stains that we truly thought would never come out but we were wrong! All stains were magically fkne! The carpets haven't looked this good since they were brand new!!
