They scheduled the estimator to come between the hours of 1230 -130pm being that we are busy ourselves we had our parents come and wait during those hours. The guy calls my phone at around 1130 and says they are there knocking but no one's there? I'm like dude u guys said 1230? My girlfriend calls back and the person that answers the phone says that I gave them the ok to come early? In which I did not. Anyways very poor communication and did not try to call us back admit they came early or at least get the estimator guy back to give a proper estimate at the time they scheduled. Already starting off on a bad foot. Sent emails and no communication back what so ever to make it right. Our gf's parents ended up arguing with each other that they missed the appointment when they didn't miss the appointment the dude came super early. We told her parents not their fault guy came early before scheduled time. Communication and punctuality wasn't there.

Was bossing his young helper/employees around like a dog which made me uncomfortable. Didn't communicate with me the tenant. Made repairs/plans /coordination and apt without my consultation or input and only chose to coordinate and speak to the landlord located in San Francisco. As the tenant I was left in the dark what was happening in my home or when/what was done. We live in an upscale neighborhood in Maui Lani a golf course community with executive hopes Na Hoku. I've never been treated this way. He worked here on $1000 repair fixing a $25,000 central AC unit. Both days he filled my municipal trash bin w trash here and without asking for permission. He left it sitting and I discovered it later. This was right after hurricane Lane. I called his office requesting that he would pick up the trash. I got a call back at 7:30 PM someone yelling over me and basically telling me he was unaware of the trash left there. Both days. When I told him I was recording him yelling at me and denying the facts, he hung up midsentence. He rang back again at 8 pm which I chose not to pick up. Overall this was a deeply unprofessional experience and I want to spare others the same nightmare. What walks like a duck and sounds like a duck it's probably a duck.
