After calling to complain, the company sent the cleaners back out to finish the job correctly. Once he was done shampooing the carpets, I went to check on the rest of the cleaning services and noticed that the cleaners didn't scrub my shower or tub, left the bathroom sink with dirt streaks, and the countertops grimy. Waiting to hear back from the owners but this was not a good experience, and I absolutely do not recommend. In fact, I think their other 5 start reviews are fake. Oh, and they were late.
