I have donated for 4 years and the process is very quick and efficient. The process will get you in and out in an hour if there are 10 people in front of you. Blood drawn on Valentine's Day, and they had cupcakes for snacks afterwards! I had a cranberry juice and other snack offered while I relaxed for the 15 minutes afterwards in a room with the open layout. Felt good donating and helping out others in need. You never know when you might be the one in need. Glad we have these services available.

I did not have a good expereince this time around. After donating i had to wait a total of 12…read moreminutes to be disconnected after the donation was done, and when i asked to have my bandage loose and not tight my bandage waa applied so tight i couldnt bend my arm. Its disappointing. I dont know if its the new hires or just the one individual working at this time
