From the intake and triage personnel to the Urology surgical team, everyone provided exceptional care. I always felt completely comfortable and in good hands, as the staff was consistently compassionate, respectful, and highly professional. My surgery went very well, and the surgical team ensured I was recovering smoothly by conducting thorough check-ups. They took the time to explain every step of my procedures, ensuring I fully understood my treatment. Unfortunately, I was hospitalized on my birthday, Monday, July 6. However, every nurse who cared for me wished me a happy birthday and a speedy recovery. I also received a beautiful card and flowers from the hospital, which was a special touch that greatly lifted my spirits during the healing process. Front desk staff (Patty) very inconsistent with appointment times My father had an appointment…read morescheduled for May 26th which is why we took time off from work to bring him and front desk receptionist tried arguing that the appointment was rescheduled to another date "but they could still see him today" as if she was doing us a favor because of something they made a mistake with, Maybe you should learn to admit your mistakes and not treat the patients as if they are liars Also on the day of results September 15th he had an appointment at 4:30 and as we were waiting at least 4 other patients had came in with 4:30 appointments as well so after waiting almost an hour we finally get called to the back and now have been sitting in the room waiting for the doctor to just read results for almost another hour and as I'm writing this review she still hasn't came...I would highly discourage anyone from coming here if there is another choice because this is one of the most unprofessional urology offices I have ever had to deal with.

I asked for an earlier appointment and was told I would need to aggregate all related medical records, and bring them to the office for a review to be considered for a more timely appt. I did. I was told that; "the doctor will complete his review and you'll be called tomorrow." That call never came nor did any other after I called them 3 additional times and reminded them I was still waiting for their call back. When I went to the practice to pick up my records they had difficulty locating them, and the office waiting area was packed with patients none of which were wearing masks or "distancing" despite the new State mandate for same. A medical office that is managed as poorly as Dr. Finger's should leave patients looking elsewhere, I did, and to my benefit.

They claim their policies dictate their methods, yet no such writings are given or supported, it seems as their policies change as they verbally say so, and not as it is written. The staff lacks any level of professionalism and or rapport with patients. The bed side manners of the nurses are horrendous, and I even witnessed other patients complain upon my visit and inspection of the clinic. I would highly not recommend attending here and taking your business elsewhere.
